Doesn’t specify anything about taking your deposits if you claim something and takes forever to reply to your issues. And every time I spin more money seems to be taken than what I’m betting. It sounds like a good casino when you read about it but it’s actually not and I do not recommend
I really love the number of games to choose from and the bonus funds have no wagering requirements and I love this feature. It's also a great App, always opens, and that's how I play all the time.
There's no real live chat but must be honest they have most categories covered in their chat bot. Also the withdrawals can take a while to pay out, but I reckon that's the same everywhere tbh.

Firstly the games jump/freeze I’ve used several browsers. Withdrawals take days. They block you playing and it feels like it’s when it suits them. They pass you to safer gambling team you answer all their question and they still put your playing on hold for a further 24 hrs. This also feels like it happen when jackpots are high it’s like they stop you from any chance of winning it. I agree with them questioning us but to still restrict your account is not on.
I suggest them intervene but not so often maybe if the safer gambling team have spoken to a player in the last 6 months why do it again, once or twice a year maybe but not if the player is risking a few hundred, thousands then yes.
Only single withdrawals that usually take 24 hours. Up to 5 days to get a reply from them. They completely neglect their email. I made a negative review on Trustpilot with my username and they blocked all bonuses on my account but was still given the promo code and kickers to say I was eligible for promotion so when I deposited they just refused to give promotion due to the comments I made.
They used to reach out and offer promotions for playing. Good selection of fun games. A-lister promotions. Kickers are a fun little bonus on your deposits every now and then.
Customer service is gone, live chat was replaced with a robot. Emails seem to go nowhere. I verified my docs a long time ago but now they want to verify them again so they are sent and then they don't respond.
