They have really good bonus such as NO PLAYTHROUGH, NO MAX CASHOUT, match bonuses from the deposit 250%-290%. In between deposits, they let you claim any NO DEPOSIT BONUS.
Recently they offered to deposit my payout to my Bank DEBIT CARD. I received my payout in exactly 20 days after I requested a payout. There were no fees for $100 payout (won from using NO DEPOSIT BONUS).
I think they need to speed up their payout.
I want to make it clear that I've already requested 2 payout, and both times the PENDING Period were less than 7 days. My point is that I believe they are trying.

Customer service is a joke, good luck getting your winnings. They will make up "rules" as to why you can't withdraw your winnings. Stay far far away from this scam of a website. If I could rate negative stars I would.
Mediocre games. There is nothing positive about this casino after the apparent lack of customer service and how they rip you off from the terms and conditions.They said you agreed to their terms and conditions.
BEWARE!!! SCAM!! If you mix real money and bonuses, they'll void all your winnings. I had a $1100 check coming, but because I took their survey, they promised to give me $20 chip, it got mixed in and voids all my winnings. This is a trick, a scam. In the terms and conditions, it says you cannot mix bonuses with real money. So they knowing send this to you and they don't tell you that it voids all your winnings if you use this code. This is created to ensure players don't process money out. If you're going to play, don't do any bonuses period. They'll get you one way or another and decline your withdrawal.
The way I described this casino to my friend after I played it is by calling it smooth and simple, pretty much what I want in a casino. The times I wasn't sure about something support was really good. The girl guided me through some of the thins I wasn't clear on.

I received an offer from these crooks about two weeks ago that sounded too good to be true but I threw a few bucks at it to find out. I deposited a few times and yesterday I deposited on a promo offer with this reservation: "This code comes with no wagering requirements, no limits on how much you can withdraw, will redeem with any deposit you make of 50 USD or more, and is good for play in all slot machines, keno, bingo, and scratch card games. Match amount is considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request."
I played the new slot for a while and was up a few hundred and decided to cash out and lose the match amount and transfer to video poker. I did that and hit a couple good licks on video poker. I was up about $1500 and tried to cash out $700. Everything went South!! They started asking for a bunch of ID and documentation I have neverbeen asked for by anyone ever.
That didn't scare me off though so I agreed to send them what they asked for. Then they told me the money I won was not legitimate because it was rooted from a slot bonus and I won part of it on video poker. I told them to read their restrictions which specifically read " the match amount will be removed from the cash out but there is no other restrictions on withdrawel"!
They offered to "reset my bonus if I deposited again!" I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine and to give me my winnings or refund every penny I had spent there. Next message was " We appreciate your business but management has decided to close your account"! BEWARE! These are the biggest crooks on the net for gamers! Their promotions and rollovers are nearly impossible to win and when you do they figure out a way to not pay you! You deposit is a one way sucker bet....don't do it!
This is my favorite casino by far but I'm bias since I love astrology and astronomy, lol. There were great slot games with plenty of variety on the table games. Extremely helpful support services, and they were quick and easy with money in and out. I had a humble withdrawal and followed all the t/c rules so I think that helped. I have nothing negative to say.
The software and game choices are good
God forbid you win a couple of thousand dollars they pull all of the bonuses and make it impossible to win. You will be a VIP here as long as you lose. I installed the casino software and asked the live support by chat how to claim this bonus. Instead of this bonus a I was given a higher no deposit welcome bonus, if I remember well it was 30 Euros. It was a lucky day and I managed the playthrough, I called the very friendly live support again, they told me to send the usual documents and would receive 100 Euros within 15 to 20 working days, 100 Euros was the maximum cashout by the way. ome days later I tried to insert the bonus code I found on askgamblers.com again, it worked, I received the bonus but didn’t win anything. After more than 6 weeks I wondered why there was no payment from the casino yet on my Neteller account. I asked informations to the chat live support, they said the payment was declined because I have used free chips in arow. Indeed I found this restriction in the casino’s terms and conditions.
