Piratespin Casino - Casino refuses to pay legitimate win citing false reasons
I am filing a formal complaint against Pirate Spins (piratespins.com) for the non-payment of legitimate winnings and for acting in extreme bad faith. The total amount of my winnings being withheld is £4,480.

​Timeline of Events:

​The Win (June 25, 2025): I won approximately £5,083 from a cash deposit on the slot game "Floating Dragon Megaways". My account was already verified at this time.

​Withdrawal Request (June 26, 2025): After playing some of the winnings down, I requested a withdrawal of £4,480.

​Bad Faith Tactics Begin: Immediately after my withdrawal request, the casino began a series of stalling tactics. They demanded excessive new verification documents (including 'selfie' photos), despite my account already being fully approved in their system. I complied with all of these requests.

​Withdrawal Cancelled (June 30, 2025): After I submitted the new documents, the casino cancelled my withdrawal without my consent and put the funds back in my playable balance, hoping I would lose them. Their support agents refused to give a clear reason.

​The Bonus Trap (July 10, 2025): After I began a formal dispute with my bank, the casino added an unsolicited £25 bonus to my account. This appears to have been a malicious attempt to trap me into breaking a bonus term, which they could then use to confiscate my entire cash balance.

​Refusal to Pay: Since then, the casino has refused to process my re-submitted withdrawal. An email from their 'VIP Manager' on August 22nd made a weak, non-committal promise that the payment 'may be' made by September 1st, which I do not trust.

​The operator of this casino, Gammix Limited, has had its main European (MGA) license cancelled for serious regulatory breaches, which explains this predatory behaviour. I have a complete evidence package with all the chat logs, emails, and screenshots to prove every one of these points.

I request the assistance of the AskGamblers complaints team in recovering my legitimate winnings.

User friendly and amazing customer service on the chat. I’m in Canada so I was happy there was a Cdn funds option. I was scared this wasn’t legit, but so far everything seems good. I’m just waiting for my ID to be verified so I can receive my winnings.

I have did end up in profit which I guess is important, apart from that I have nothing positive to say but I need to fill 150 characters.

The website is slow, the verification process is even slower, took a full week after making a withdrawal and they still have not verified my account, now the weekend so still will not be done, that’s before processing so I’m guessing two week full weeks before money is in my account which in 2020 is a joke, they charge for deposits. Live chat was a waiting time of under 45mins, once in live chat as soon as I mentioned you are taking to long and the option to reverse shouldn’t be on there for that long they cut me off. The game selection is basic. I did say in the live chat I was gonna leave this review before I was kicked out again so here it is I hope they see it.

Wow, that was a good gambling experience from them, I played in a few casinos before and I have to say that, from day 1 I got everything I needed, I registered to them and got a wrong bonus code, after contacting support and told them that I got the wrong bonus code the added me the bonus to the account, they have many games that I like and the withdrawal took less than 24H.
