Osiris Casino is a brand operated under the AffPower Affiliate program which has been involved into a series of scandals referring to allegations towards the legitimacy of some of their operations including but not limited to offering pirated NetEnt games and practicing negative SEO. As a result, AskGamblers initiated their own investigation in an attempt to dig deeper into the reported issues and distinguish proven facts from speculations. During the course of our investigation, to which we would like to point out AffPower fully cooperated, it became known that a/ Affpower denied any fault on any of the reported issues and b/ they put the blame on the pirated NetEnt games issue on a re-seller company which had a valid contract with their parent company Game Tech Group N.V. to supply casino games from many different providers /NetEnt among these providers /for their brands, including the AffPower brands. AskGamblers have been provided with valid proofs /signed and sealed copy of the contract and invoices/ which confirm the fact such contract exists as well as the fact there were real payments sent to the re-seller in exchange of their services. We tried to contact the re-seller ourselves in attempt to chase the matter further and requested their stance on the alleged accusations officially, but with no success as the company email was reported by google as non-existent and no one answered our phone calls. After a month of trying we finally gave up on contacting that re-seller company. As a result of the aforementioned investigation and taking into account all the facts that became known, AskGamblers a/ consider the lack of even minimum due diligence of the companies with whom AffPower and their parent company Game Tech N.V. intend to cooperate and work together as a valid evidence of the level of their professionalism which puts the fairness and the integrity of their operations into doubts and b/ terminate all forms of cooperation with AffPower and an of their casino brands with an immediate effect.

Osiris Casino - Confiscated 950$ in bonus winning citing terms violation that never happened
I had played through my 300 Euro bonus and when I requested a withdrawal I was informed after a couple of days waiting and lots of mails advertising their second bonus that I had violated the bonus conditions and therefore my winnings were confiscated and I was left with 100$ (my initial deposit) in my account. They state specifically (in German) : "Im Verlauf unseres regulären Überprüfungsverfahrens bei Auszahlungsanträgen haben wir festgestellt, dass die Bedingungen des Bonuses, den Sie erhalten haben, nicht eingehalten wurden. Die Bonus-Bedingungen untersagen das Platzieren von Einzeleinsätzen, die 30 % oder mehr über dem Wert des Bonus liegen, der dem Spielerkonto gutgeschrieben wurde, bevor die Anforderungen an den Spieleinsatz für diesen Bonus erfüllt wurden." So the first paragraph is a statement that i violated the bonus conditions. In the second paragraph they state: Bonus-conditions prohibit placing single bets, that lie 30% or more above the value of the bonus that has been credited to the account before the requirements for this bonus have been met. As the bonus granted was 300$, I would have had to place bets amounting to 130% of the bonus value, 390$, to violate this term. The maximum amount I have bet while playing has been 25$ per round far less than the allowed minimum So I asked on what specific ocasion I had violated the terms and the live support looks at it and says that he can't find it and maybe a mistake had been made. I return to the chat a day later (today) and I am told that my bonus was confiscated for "irregular play" without any elaboration.

Osiris Casino - €1000 confiscated due to wrongfully applying their own terms
My complaint consists of three parts. 1) they didn't respect my choice of closing account immediately, but stalled it, so lost more. Asked it on chat which is possible according to their terms but she said had to mail, so I did, but then stalled it 2) suddenly I started winning more than €1000. I tried to withdraw but the chatperson told me I had to wager first. (She didn't tell me I already violated their rule with bonusmoney on which they later based the reason not paying me) So obviously I had been given a bonus. So checked my email and they had been given me a 15% deposit bonus casino gave me a deposit method bonus of 15% which is €7,50 automaticly of which I wasn't aware cause in their rules was no explainable bonus for me. So kept on and thought only had to wager. Finally I could withdraw and I did. But 2 days later it was conficated due to illegal play! So tried to find out what they mean by the 30% bonus of deposit method, which the manager told me as te reason not to pay. But the rule doesn't apply to my deposit method! I played with ideal, and they still gave me deposit bonus. Secondly the deposit bonus method should be given only once according to their terms, but I have got it more than once but you don't notice when you deposit the small amount of bonus. I know you agree with the terms and conditions when you sign up, but they just give the bonus even when it's not appropriate to you according to their own terms. So how can you know? In my opion they always give it to you, so they never have to pay. They know they have a lot of trouble with customers with their rules, cause the chatperson told me another reason immediately, namely I had bet more than 30% of my deposit, but suddenly the manager took the conversation over and told me a different reason, namely I had been given a deposit method bonus of €7,5 and bet more than 30% of the bonus in a bet. 3) rule nr 8, if the bonus balance has touched zero balance his bonus balance and wagering balance will be reset. So in my case starting when i did my first withdrawal of €300 the balance was zero on juli 9th. A day later lost it all. Then I have had 15 bonus, without depositing, then €5,25 of depositing €35 and then €7,5 for depositing €50. Total sum of bonus €27,75! The balance was never zero during that time and they made me wager €85 plus 27,75 x 25= €2818,75, which I did! But now it comes: the 30% of the total bonus is max bet of €8,3 and I have never overcrossed that!!!! If you read their rules the bonus is the total of bonusses and deposits when you have not had zero balance! They count the wagering as a total sum so it is also reverse! They should pay me at least the money back which i deposited after asking immediate closure on 9th of july, but actually I am entitled to the fair won money of €1000, cause they violate their own rules. Please help me here!

Osiris Casino - Unfair confiscation due to applying wrongly their own General T&C
I have been advised by AskGamblers to not discuss about righteousness of articles in General T&C of casinos and they are right. Is not the scope of this claims service. So I will just simply depict what happened to me and what is the problem with the casino. The day 6/10/15 I requested a verification of my ID in anticipate prior to make any deposit in the casino. They processed it succesfully, very quick, and everything was ok. I requested them to not give me any kind of bonus, fact that they accomplished. From 6/10/15 until 9/10/15, I deposited and completely lost an overall amount of 2.103 € in Osiris Casino playing live blackjack and live roulette. On a later stage, from 9/10/15 until 12/10/15 I deposited an additional amount of 700 €. From day 9/10/15 until day 17/10/15 I achieved a cash balance of 5.025 € mainly playing live blackjack and live roulette. Please note the relevant fact that the maximum bet allowed by this casino is 500 € and I could never bet more than 500 € as it was limited by the casino systems. The day 17/10/15 I requested a reimbursement of 5.000 € to my Neteller account. The day 19/10/15 I received two mails informing me first of all that my reimbursement was denied, and second of all that was denied because I did "irregular play" as defined in their General Terms & Conditions. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia: - Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that bonus having been met. - Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit. - Using the double-up feature to increase bet values. “Total bets” is defined as the sum of individual bets (lines, chips, hands, etc.) within a round, i.e., the total bet amount when clicking the “spin” or “play” or equivalent button. After speaking with the support chat representative, she informs me that I violated section two as my bets were higher than the 30 % value of my last deposit. And here comes the HOT POINT: I beg please AskGamblers to review it, as that is the reason why I'm not discussing the righteousness of their general T&C, I'm discussing that they have not applied their own general T&C. Attending to their general T&C, art 103, I can read that irregular play means wagering higher than 30 % value of THE DEPOSIT. As far as I know it is not defined in their General T&C what is considered "THE DEPOSIT" As per my point of view, THE most reasonable DEPOSIT to apply was my amount deposited in the casino, summing more than 2.000 € in previous losses. So basically 30 % of 2.000 € is 600 € It was imposible for me to bet higher than 600 € as maximum casino bet was 500 €. I have not received any proof by the casino about my irregular play even I demanded it. The article 103 is ambiguous and I have the clear proof that Osiris Casino has mistaken the redaction of the article. If we go to Euromoon Casino general T&C: https://www.euromooncasino.com/general-terms-conditions/?lang=en (please note that this one is owned by the same brand but instead of being licensed by Malta is licensed by Curaçao) we can find that they have amended this little "mistake" commited in the redaction of the confiscation clause, art 15, where it can be read "THE DEPOSIT CURRENTLY IN PLAY" To cut a long story short, I have never bet higher than the limit established by Osiris Casino inside their terms & conditions so my playing has not been irregular in any case. They refunded me 600 € of (I don't know what this amount belongs to since they didn't provide any calculation to me), so basically I demand from them: - Proofs and calculations of my irregular playing - Definition of "THE DEPOSIT" in their general terms & conditions I have accepted at my registry. - The reimbursement of my remaining fairly earned 4.400 € Just to add, that this case has been reported to the Maltese Gaming Authority because appart from the uncompliance of their own clause, that I personally consider scam, clear scam, this Casino have commited an indescribable number of negligences and damages to my person that I reserve to myself and to the MGA. Osiris Casino is stealing my winning
Hello, I signed up and played at Osiris casino on the first of April 2015. I got very lucky and managed to have a balance of over 5K, they proceeded to making me sign forms, they asked for a bill, ID, bank statement. When I provided all the documents they replied that the account was approved and the finance department would get in touch with me. Since then it has been 3 weeks with no email response. I tried contacting them again and kept getting the same answer, that I would be contacted from the finance department. Last week I was told that my account manager (Jeff) would contact me within 24h for an update on my account, yet he did not. When I tried to go on chat, I was told he was in the office but in meeting all day and would not be able to help me. I proceeded to tell the chat rep that I was gonna get help online and make a formal complaint to this case. 5 minutes must have gone by and I received a call from Jeff himself. After a short chat he told me that they were going threw changes in their department and that is what caused the delay with my withdrawal. He also said I cancel my withdrawal and proceed to make a 2500 withdrawal and he would approve it instantly since my account had already been verified. He advised I play a little more with the rest of my balance, but once I got the email saying my withdrawal was processed I could go ahead and request the other withdrawal. I took his advice and cancelled my withdrawal and requested a 2500 instead. Played a dozen hands playing blackjack (without a bonus) and lost a few hundred off my balance and decided to stop before I lost everything. The email was not sent instantly approving my withdrawal but the next day. Although there was a delay, I was still happy to know that Jeff was a man of his word and had done what he promised. I then went to withdraw the remaining balance on the account. The next morning(today) I get an email from Osiris saying that withdrawal has been denied and that all my winning have been confiscated for irregular play. I logged into my account this morning and my balance was gone. This is a situation I cannot win alone, I am sure of this. My account has been verified for over 3 weeks now, and approved for withdrawals. Everything was in good standing with my account and the only way the finance department replied to me was when I told them I was gonna make a complaint. Now I understand that there are always changes made at different businesses and I am not doubting that, there could have been a delay because of this. I am also very appreciative of Jeff who personally called me to take care of the situation and did very quickly. What I don’t understand is the choice they made at the end giving me some vague reason about irregular game play, when I made sure to respect all the terms they have on their website. Please help me contact Jeff or someone at Osiris and have them pay me my winnings. I did nothing wrong here, and I am honestly upset with the daily chat sessions and emails I wrote that were ignored until now. Please help me claim my winnings, it is more than life changing for me.

It was way back in the year 2016 when I was offered a nice promotion from Osiris Casino. It came into my mailbox, I read it, and got interested in the offer. I cannot be sure now what that offer was, but I think it was 10 EUR no-deposit free bonus + 300% first deposit bonus offer. Wagering on the offer was at an uncomfortable 33x the deposit + bonus amount, but the no-deposit 10 EUR bonus had an even higher wagering requirement, around 90x if I'm not mistaken. Nonetheless, I don't really know what made me took up that offer, but I did. I guess it was at a time when I was really down low back then, not having any good luck or wins at any casino at all, so a 10 EUR no-deposit free chip was a good offer I couldn't refuse.

I must admit now that what I did back then was rather silly of me, because I did not check up on their Bonus Terms and T&C beforehand, simply accepting that free chip offer, and following up with a deposit to claim the 300% bonus. I guess I was just too desperate to play some games with a good bonus, disregarding all the important issues of Bonus terms, until at a later date. Well, I played that 10 EUR free chip, I then played on my deposit plus bonus money, but lost it all to just one lousy game, Fruit Zen. Well, I was loving the game before this, because I made a few good wins on it at another casino, so I was expecting to get a good win too at Osiris Casino, but everything was in vain. Fruit Zen was playing hide and seek with me that day, giving a few 1 and 2 Wild Reels, then nothing at all, all the way till zero balance.

Within that same month, I made 2 more deposits of $20 each, but not taking any bonus at all. Those 50% reload Bonuses were simply not attractive to me, so I avoided taking them up. My 2 separate deposits saw me playing on Fruit Zen again, hoping that one of my sessions could and would give me a win. But Fruit Zen was just like Starburst too. It would play cold most of the time, with many non-paying spins, or with very small payouts, but occasionally, those 1 and 2 Wild Reels would come, providing some better-than-nothing wins. Not big at all, but better than nothing. Sheesh! All my 3 deposits at Osiris Casino went down the drain with the flow, with not even a glimpse of hope at a winning chance.

It was only after all this that I realised my country was actually restricted from making any withdrawals from no-deposit offers, which the Live Chat host didn't even inform me of. Luckily, I didn't win anything from that 10 EUR free chip, otherwise I would have been really disappointed with a withdrawal rejection. A blessings in disguise, you can say. I was also disappointed with the game Fruit Zen, because it didn't play like I know the game. And it was also then that I realised that Osiris was, and still is, owned and operated by Game Tech Group, a name that I soon grew to dislike more and more. After that day onwards, no more deposits from me at Osiris Casino.

They have nice games and the bonus offers seemed really good. After playing there I can only say this because everything else is red flags and I should have read this before I spent my cash there.

I played there quite a while ago but every weekend I get an email from the casino with the offer of 100% night bonus if you deposit 30 Euros or higher. So I thought I give it a shot and deposited 40 with the bonus code provided in the email. Unfortunately I got a bonus of only 6 Euro so I contacted their support. The support agent said she could give me 80% if I deposit 20 more and the email with the bonus code did not convince her to give me the 100% bonus as it was offered. At the end I had her remove the 6 Euros bonus all together because of the bet limit and had no luck playing.

Do not waist your time and money there as there are many honest casinos!

My worst casino experience ever. This section is to give opinion and cannot be manipulated by the casino. I'm free to do my own guessing's based on my case and on the proofs I have achieved in my experience.

I will not enter in the technical part, design, etc. This things are worthless when a casino accepts deposits but delays and denies withdrawals on purpose.

What you can expect from an online casino, is exactly the same experience you have when you go to a real live casino. Fair play, and all of us know, they have 52%, you have 48%, but with a little bit of luck you can beat the casino. In the long term they will always win, but in the short term you can win a little.

But here that is impossible and I will explain why. They say they have a 98% RTP (Return To Player) rate. It should mean that each 100 € that are deposited there, they keep 2 €, and 98 € are returned to customers in prizes. This rate is false. Their systems, electronically and audited by GLI independent laboratory, have in fact a 98% RTP rate. But as I have been informed by GLI, they do not include casino general T&C applied on a later stage (after the system has informed you about your cash balance, winnings) inside this rate. They only base the rate on the systems virtual returns.

Clause 103 of general T&C of this casino, something that no one reads when registers in a web place, as good faith is supposed on both sides, establish that they are able to confiscate whenever they want, your earnings, if you bet > 30 % of one of your deposits. It doesn't matter which one of your deposits. It is pure scam. You are able to bet while you are playing without any kind of warning message. You may be breaking the clause in one moment of the game, NO ONE WILL ADVICE YOU. Your balance will grow (even it is forfeit-able by them if you request a withdrawal). Your cash balance maybe is fake as they can confiscate it, but in case you do an additional deposit, they will let you do it. They will be hidden in the shadows, until it is time to pay!

Now I know what is the casino strategy. Perfectly. They have this scam clause only if they need to do a "big" withdrawal. More or less I've calculated that it is worthy for them to apply the clause when they are going to pay more than 1.000 € in winnings. And they play with the good faith of the people, as some people maybe has not enough resources to claim and fight for their rights. It's poor, and it is immoral. It sucks, and someone should interpose legal actions against this clauses as in my opinion are far away from scam. Are fraudulent confiscations. Hidden fraudulent bad faith clauses.

Maybe little aunts playing with a hundred € are being reimbursed as they need some customers happy. But if you win the big price of a slot, or something that raises the thousand € of losses for them, they will search whatever clause it is, whatever sad resource they have, and they will deny your deserved money. They will cheat you by phone with always good manners, but they will be stealing your wallet in the behind. They will delay, delay, delay withdrawal, trying you to bet your balance and loss it without applying scam, but in case you don't pass-through....

Osiris casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I found this casino last year I think but they didn’t have any no deposit bonus offer so I didn’t make an account here.

A few days ago I found a 15 euros no deposit bonus from this casino on some affiliate site. I was happy with this bonus so I decided to make an account here and try my luck. The max cashout from this bonus was 100 euros which is standard for Skill on Net casinos. Anyway I made an account here and 5 euros were added instantly. I went to my mail to verify my account but there was no mail from the casino. After 15 minutes I decided to contact live chat support to see what was going on with the other 10 euros I was suppose to get. The operator was instant and kind and sent me another mail to confirm my mail address. I opened the mail, clicked on the link and my mail was verified but still the bonus money wasn’t added to my account. The operator told me that it was some system error and added the 10 euros manually.

I was happy that the matter was resolved and went on to try the games. I started playing Psycho because I didn’t get a chance to play this game so far. I liked it and managed to get a great bonus round which paid out 20 euros on my minimum bet. After some time I started playing on a higher 0.50 bet and dropped my balance down to 20 euros again, when I decided to change the game. The next game I tried was Irish Eyes 2. I was hoping for some descent bonus round but I didn’t have any descent wins and I moved on to Medusa with a balance of only 10 euros. Medusa has been very kind to me in the past, but here she was without mercy and ate my remaining balance.

There are a few things that are bothering me about this casino. I noticed a few similarities between this casino and Euromoon casino. These two casinos have different owners, but the no deposit bonus money is added the same way. In order to withdraw from the no deposit bonus you have to make a minimum deposit of 50 euros and the max total you can withdraw is 100 just like in Euromoon.

At last they also have a 5 000 euro complaint and after reading it, I think the casino stole the money they owed hiding behind their T&C. I can’t recommend this casino as a safe casino to play in.
