Appears to be loads of games available but very few table games. Its telling me the positive part of my review is too short so just filling up space as I really have nothing postive to say about Olive Casino.
Loads to dislike about this casino site I read a review that instant messaging is available that is incorrect email support appears to be available from 2pm -6pm Mon to Fri. They only answer one email a day but you do seem to get the automated response especially on the weekends. Quite a few depositing methods but be prepared for a very long wait if you want a withdrawal even via PayPal. Standard is if you request a withdrawal the account goes into review until verification documents have been approved. Then you can action the withdrawal but that remains pending for up to 72 hrs. I was only able to action a withdrawal request after review finalised to find a banner on screen preventing me from withdrawal. So as of today I have been waiting since the 01.01.2020 for a withdrawal via PayPal today date is the 6th.
If Olive respond it will be that the withdrawal is from the 03.01.20 as my account status was under review. I have question the gaming commission about the criteria for awarding a UK gaming licence.
Never before have I had to wait this long for a PayPal withdrawal.
The funny thing is I only joined Olive because of a positive review on this site Ask Gamblers. So it appears that whoever reviewed their site has not be honest. Believe me gamblers this is the worst site I have ever joined. When I secure my PayPal payment I will be closing my account down.
Whoever wrote that positive review you must be in their pockets cause if I could award Olive and the sister site Touch Spins a negative score i would even a negative would be too good for these two site.
