A lot of slots which does not contribute to the wagering. They have a list on bonus policy which slots that not contributes, but most I the slots I tried did not contribute and was not on the list in bonus policy. I asked the chat support about it. They said that slots where added to the list everyday and that's why it was like that. But it was a LOT of slots that didn't contribute, and not was on the list. That seems strange!
I always check the list before I deposit to see if I can play my favorite slots and still wager. Would not have deposited if the list was updated!! Will not use this casino in the future!

You cannot deactivate your account on the website yourself. In the chat I asked for it three times without my request being granted. Now my status has been updated to VIP. Now I have to ask my VIP about a closure. That is absurd.

There is no option to set responsible gambling limits yourself. Personally I lost a large sum of money so I requested a one month self exclusion with immediate effect. However I was told I had to wait for a manager to contact me as the agent could only set deposit limits and not self exclusion. Therefore I asked the agent to set deposit limits as I was ‘tilting’ and didn’t wish to deposit more. The agent took a very long time to respond and told me that I would now have to wait for the manager to also set deposit limits and that I my account would remain active to deposit and play. Again I explained I needed to take a break immediately but he obviously didn’t care. 1 hour later and my account is still active, this type of treatment is unacceptable in my opinion.
