Account 148662155 44280 winnings not paid

I have been trying to withdraw my funds since Saturday, but all my withdrawal requests are automatically rejected without any valid reason.

I am using my usual payment method.

Support on Telegram and chat keeps giving automated replies like 'Verification takes time' and refuses to give any concrete explanation or unlock my account.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against Mostbet – PKR 14,700 Deposit Not Credited (Gaming ID: 50013383)

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am filing a formal complaint against Mostbet regarding a deposit of PKR 14,700 made through Easypaisa on October 9, 2026. Unfortunately, the amount has not been credited to my Mostbet gaming account.

My transaction details are as follows:

• Casino: Mostbet
• Gaming ID: 50013383
• Deposit Amount: PKR 14,700
• Payment Method: Easypaisa
• Transaction ID: 57105003908
• Transaction Date: October 9, 2026
• Issue: Deposit not credited to my gaming account

I have contacted Mostbet customer support and submitted multiple complaints, but my issue remains unresolved.

Supporting Document Attached: I am attaching my password-protected Easypaisa PDF e-statement as evidence of the transaction instead of a separate payment receipt.

PDF E-Statement Password: 4359

I have included the password above to help the complaints team access the attached statement and verify the transaction.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers investigate this matter and contact Mostbet to help resolve the issue. I request that Mostbet either credit the full amount of PKR 14,700 to my gaming account (ID: 50013383) or refund the amount to my original payment method.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue directly with Mostbet, I have not received a satisfactory solution. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly and as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Mostbet Player

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Mostbet.

On October 1, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 70,000 Turkish Lira (TRY) from my Mostbet account via bank transfer.

As of today, the money has still not arrived in my bank account. I have been waiting for the withdrawal to be completed, but I have not received a clear explanation or a specific payment date from Mostbet.

I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to contact Mostbet and help me resolve this issue. I would like Mostbet to provide a clear explanation for the delay and process my 70,000 TRY withdrawal to my bank account as soon as possible.

I can provide screenshots and other evidence regarding the withdrawal. Please note that the attached screenshots are in Turkish because my Mostbet account and customer-service communication are in Turkish.

Thank you for your assistance.

As advised by your team, I waited for the full 4-business-day period after providing Mostbet with the new bank details. That period has now expired, but the remaining 75,000 is still not credited to my bank account.

To clarify the situation:

* My original withdrawal was for 150,000.

* Mostbet credited only 75,000.

* The remaining 75,000 has still not been received.

* Mostbet subsequently requested alternative bank details, which I provided.

* I was then informed that I needed to wait for a new processing period of up to 4 business days.

* I have now waited for that period as instructed, but the remaining amount is still unpaid.

* Mostbet’s latest responses continue to state that the payment is being processed by their financial/payment provider, without providing a completed payment or a definite completion date.

I have followed the instructions given by both Mostbet and AskGamblers and have given the operator the additional time requested. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

I respectfully ask you to assist me in obtaining the outstanding 75,000 from Mostbet.

I can provide the latest correspondence with Mostbet, proof of the new bank details being provided, and evidence showing that the remaining 75,000 has not been credited.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could review the case again now that the requested waiting period has expired.

Kind regards,

Zulqarnain

I am posting this publicly because I am extremely angry, disappointed, and exhausted by the way Mostbet has handled my money.

I deposited PKR 9,000 through the Easypaisa Instant deposit method into my registered and KYC-verified Mostbet account. The money was successfully deducted from my side, yet more than 24 hours later, PKR 9,000 has still not been credited to my gaming account.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is the response I have received after reporting the problem. I have repeatedly contacted Mostbet's live customer support. Instead of giving me a concrete explanation, transaction trace, payment-provider response, or definite resolution deadline, I have repeatedly been told to wait. I also contacted Mostbet by email regarding my missing deposit and have received no meaningful response or resolution.

This is not a bonus, promotional credit, or disputed winning. This is MY OWN PKR 9,000 that was deducted through the payment method presented to me for depositing into my account.

If Mostbet or its payment provider has not received the money, then I want documentary evidence or a proper transaction investigation showing where the payment went. If the payment was received, then credit my PKR 9,000 immediately. If it cannot be credited, then arrange for the money to be reversed/refunded to the originating Easypaisa account.

Simply telling a customer to “wait” again and again without providing a definite timeframe, transaction-tracing result, or meaningful explanation is not an acceptable way to handle somebody's money.

The experience has left me feeling financially exploited rather than protected as a verified customer. A company handling customers' deposits should understand that PKR 9,000 may be a significant amount of money for a customer. Taking the payment instantly while leaving the customer to chase support for his own money is deeply distressing and unacceptable.

I am therefore asking Mostbet publicly:

1. Where exactly is my PKR 9,000?
2. Did your payment provider receive the transaction or not?
3. What is the payment-provider/transaction investigation reference for my case?
4. What is the exact maximum timeframe for resolving it?
5. Will you credit my gaming account or return my PKR 9,000?

Please do not respond to this review with another generic “please wait” message. I have already waited and contacted support repeatedly. I want an actual investigation and a specific answer.

I have preserved my Easypaisa transaction evidence, payment details, screenshots, account information, KYC status, support conversations, emails, dates and timestamps.

If this matter remains unresolved, I intend to submit the documented case to the appropriate independent complaint platforms, my payment provider and its applicable financial complaint channels, and the relevant gaming licensing/regulatory authority. I will provide the complete evidence and communication history.

I also reserve my right to submit factual complaints to any competent consumer, financial, regulatory, licensing, or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction over the transaction or operator.

I am not asking for any favour, bonus or compensation. I am asking for my own PKR 9,000 to be located, credited or returned.

I will update this review publicly if and when Mostbet actually resolves the matter.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my account at Mostbet (Account ID: 275907288), which was frozen immediately after I submitted a withdrawal request for my balance of 8,500 BDT.

Following their request for account verification, I provided all the required identification documents via email on September 25, 2026. However, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my verification since then. Furthermore, when I contact Mostbet's customer service, they fail to provide any specific information or clear updates regarding my issue.

Holding my funds of 8,500 BDT and keeping my account frozen without clear communication or timely processing of standard verification documents is completely unreasonable.

Attachments / Evidence:

1. Screenshot showing blocked/frozen account status on Mostbet.
2. Screenshot of the verification email sent on September 25, 2026

I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter with Mostbet to expedite my identity verification, unfreeze my account, and release my remaining balance.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Dear AskGambler Support,

I am submitting a complaint against Mostbet regarding my withdrawals totaling 27,500 PKR, which are showing as “PAYMENT SUCCESSFULLY MADE”, but I have not received the money in my Easypaisa account.

Gaming ID: 281028134

The disputed transactions are:

- 10,500 PKR — 27 July 2026, 19:14:43

- 6,000 PKR — 27 July 2026, 19:26:10

- 2,000 PKR — 27 July 2026, 19:30:01

- 5,000 PKR — 27 July 2026, 19:30:40

- 4,000 PKR — 29 July 2026, 07:53:39

Total: 27,500 PKR

All five withdrawals are marked as successfully paid in my Mostbet account, but the funds have not been credited to my Easypaisa account.

I have been contacting the Mostbet support team for the last 10 days, but they have not provided any proper response or solution.

I am attaching screenshots of all the withdrawal transactions as evidence. I am also attaching my bank/Easypaisa statement, which confirms that these amounts were not received.

The attached statement is password-protected. Statement password: 4031

I request AskGambler to urgently investigate this matter and contact Mostbet. Please ask Mostbet to provide valid payment/transaction references or proof that these payments were actually sent to my Easypaisa account.

Please help me recover my 27,500 PKR and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you.
