I have been trying to withdraw my funds since Saturday, but all my withdrawal requests are automatically rejected without any valid reason.

I am using my usual payment method.

Support on Telegram and chat keeps giving automated replies like 'Verification takes time' and refuses to give any concrete explanation or unlock my account.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Mostbet.

On October 1, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 70,000 Turkish Lira (TRY) from my Mostbet account via bank transfer.

As of today, the money has still not arrived in my bank account. I have been waiting for the withdrawal to be completed, but I have not received a clear explanation or a specific payment date from Mostbet.

I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to contact Mostbet and help me resolve this issue. I would like Mostbet to provide a clear explanation for the delay and process my 70,000 TRY withdrawal to my bank account as soon as possible.

I can provide screenshots and other evidence regarding the withdrawal. Please note that the attached screenshots are in Turkish because my Mostbet account and customer-service communication are in Turkish.

As advised by your team, I waited for the full 4-business-day period after providing Mostbet with the new bank details. That period has now expired, but the remaining 75,000 is still not credited to my bank account.

To clarify the situation:

* My original withdrawal was for 150,000.

* Mostbet credited only 75,000.

* The remaining 75,000 has still not been received.

* Mostbet subsequently requested alternative bank details, which I provided.

* I was then informed that I needed to wait for a new processing period of up to 4 business days.

* I have now waited for that period as instructed, but the remaining amount is still unpaid.

* Mostbet’s latest responses continue to state that the payment is being processed by their financial/payment provider, without providing a completed payment or a definite completion date.

I have followed the instructions given by both Mostbet and AskGamblers and have given the operator the additional time requested. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

I respectfully ask you to assist me in obtaining the outstanding 75,000 from Mostbet.

I can provide the latest correspondence with Mostbet, proof of the new bank details being provided, and evidence showing that the remaining 75,000 has not been credited.

I am posting this publicly because I am extremely angry, disappointed, and exhausted by the way Mostbet has handled my money.

I deposited PKR 9,000 through the Easypaisa Instant deposit method into my registered and KYC-verified Mostbet account. The money was successfully deducted from my side, yet more than 24 hours later, PKR 9,000 has still not been credited to my gaming account.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is the response I have received after reporting the problem. I have repeatedly contacted Mostbet's live customer support. Instead of giving me a concrete explanation, transaction trace, payment-provider response, or definite resolution deadline, I have repeatedly been told to wait. I also contacted Mostbet by email regarding my missing deposit and have received no meaningful response or resolution.

This is not a bonus, promotional credit, or disputed winning. This is MY OWN PKR 9,000 that was deducted through the payment method presented to me for depositing into my account.

If Mostbet or its payment provider has not received the money, then I want documentary evidence or a proper transaction investigation showing where the payment went. If the payment was received, then credit my PKR 9,000 immediately. If it cannot be credited, then arrange for the money to be reversed/refunded to the originating Easypaisa account.

Simply telling a customer to “wait” again and again without providing a definite timeframe, transaction-tracing result, or meaningful explanation is not an acceptable way to handle somebody's money.

The experience has left me feeling financially exploited rather than protected as a verified customer. A company handling customers' deposits should understand that PKR 9,000 may be a significant amount of money for a customer. Taking the payment instantly while leaving the customer to chase support for his own money is deeply distressing and unacceptable.

I am therefore asking Mostbet publicly:

1. Where exactly is my PKR 9,000?
2. Did your payment provider receive the transaction or not?
3. What is the payment-provider/transaction investigation reference for my case?
4. What is the exact maximum timeframe for resolving it?
5. Will you credit my gaming account or return my PKR 9,000?

Please do not respond to this review with another generic “please wait” message. I have already waited and contacted support repeatedly. I want an actual investigation and a specific answer.

I have preserved my Easypaisa transaction evidence, payment details, screenshots, account information, KYC status, support conversations, emails, dates and timestamps.

If this matter remains unresolved, I intend to submit the documented case to the appropriate independent complaint platforms, my payment provider and its applicable financial complaint channels, and the relevant gaming licensing/regulatory authority. I will provide the complete evidence and communication history.

I also reserve my right to submit factual complaints to any competent consumer, financial, regulatory, licensing, or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction over the transaction or operator.
