This the worst casino in my gambling history. Verification took over 10 days. After they finally managed to verify it I got email from them about my winnings. Becouse I had wager requirement they decline my cashout. I violated their T&C. How? I played restricted slots. Yes, this casino, if you have wager requirement let you play those slots anyway. Well, the customer support and the bonus program is slow and failing. The cashback program in specific . Lost 3000 sek and according to their site im eligble to 10% cashback. The cashback is given on mondays, so i contacted support on monday and asked why my cashback havent arrived, they said it will appear on my account 00.00 CET. Well no money appeared and support was unable to give any other bonus as compensation. So they forwarded it to the manager who takes forever no answer after 48 hours still waiting. Support just giving standard answers, will look into it as soon as possible, still no compensation with freespins or cashbonus.
