This casino is shocking I signed up in 2016. Obviously with the.m number I had then. Which I obviously don’t have anymore!! I never made a deposit with it now they’re asking for a phone bill with that number absolute shambles. It should only need proof off the deposit bill I have made a deposit with which I’ve alresdu sent screenshots with proof of the number I have deposited with. Sent my passport and bank card and everything. Absolutely shocking and they’re not proceeding with withdrawal until I show them a bill of years ago?! Thats impossible as the number I registered with doesn’t exist anymore and there wasn’t a deposit made with that number yet they want a bill?! Joke! Absolute scam. Now I’m £300 out of pocket. When they happily took my £30 from my new number yet when I show them the proof of that number it’s not enough? Stay well away from this casino it’s all over the internet they’re a total scam.

Been with mfortune for about 2 years now, never had problems. Tried many other casino apps and games nothing really comes close to the quality of their games. Customer service is always helpful and very quick. Payout withdrawals always on time. I have won hundreds playing mfortune games and everytime I request a payout, they always pay. You do need to confirm your ID when you request a withdrawal but it only takes about 2 mins.

It’s a struggle to get your money out of these guys. Constantly asked to prove who I am. Asked for update to date bills but then told there aren’t good enough. I’ve spoke to numerous agents who agree with what i say but told that’s just how the company does it!

They have asked for my most up to date phone bill to ensure I’m not behind on my bills. I sent that in but told they need next months bill instead...so I wait 10 days and then send it in...I wasn’t too surprise when I was told actually you need next months bill. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to send another bill.

I think it’s just a waste if time using these guys...once I have my winnings...I’m out!,

mFortune are one of my favorite because they do payout and also give out regular offers. The games are really good fun to play and they have new things to play regularly too.

sometimes I have bad moments where I find I have put a lot of money on a certain game which usually pays out but then I end up loosing all my money .

I really love playing at this casino. I have been playing here for over a year without any problems. I do advise that you send in your id as soon as you start playing so that you don't run into any problems. The 24/7 admins are very well mannered and very helpful.

What's not to like. The bingo tickets are well priced with a maximum amount you can play in any one game meaning you don't overspend. The admin team are very welcoming and chatty and supply us with fun chat and regular room quizzes where prizes can be won but there are also really fun competitions on their facebook page regularly where bonus money can be won. The site is amazingly easy to navigate both on a computer and also as a mobile app. All in all the best bingo and slots site I've ever been too

I dislike just about everything, the win rate is awful - just played 5 straight days and not one single decent win spin, let alone a cumulative decent result. If you like watching paint dry and prefer your slots to be on the repetitive, boring, dross side, mfortune is the place for you. Worst site I have ever played, would not recommend.

I won £80 on my first stint on mcfortune! I must admit, after reading many bad reviews, I resigned myself to the fact that it might be a major effort to receive the payment or I may not get it at all. Nope, I withdrew the cash and it was in my account within 5 working days. I don’t know if it was because I used my card as opposed to my phone to make payments, but it was no trouble at all. The witches game didn’t work properly once and didn’t drop all the lines, but still took £3. I then checked it was working on the demo and it was fine. Glitches that do not involve your phone should not be charged or refunded. I know it’s only £3, but still.

I’ve been a member for four years and have had no problems with this site. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The slots are fun and different from other sites, the slots have good bonus rounds too.

My only criticism would be that there withdrawal time can be a little lengthy but has improved recently

Nothing only thing is when you win they ask you to take a pic with a check in order to get your winnings and I don’t agree with that if you don’t want to get your pic taken that should be understood.
