Metaspins Crypto Casino

7 days ago, I deposited 5000 euros and won 50k on Dog House, submitted a withdrawal request..

What follows next is an endless cycle of them asking a document, ill submit it, theyll ask another document, ill submit it, and so on..

The email chain is 40 emails long now.

I have submitted everything under the sun: selfies, bank statements, payslips, all manner of identity documents. i have offered to do a video call, but they were seemingly uninterested.

The latest request from them, after looking at my bank statement, has asked for an invoice for one of the things I bought on my bank statement - completely irrelevant, and yet I'll go ahead and submit it anyway, just because I refuse to let them win in this endless stalling tactic.

I am shocked they have a 7.8 rating here at AG, and I am willing to provide all information required.

I am even willing to allow a trusted AG member access to my email account so they can see the absurd email trail

I would note that my gaming account remains active, and the withdrawals are still able for me to be canceled. I am also willing to allow an AG rep access to my casino account to confirm.

Hello my name is Borka and my username on Metaspins is < removed > closed my account after I made deposit and won giveaway and after I wagered the bonus and ask for withdraw they closed my account saying that I have duplicate accounts, which is not true. And I can prove with kyc if its needed. I have grandson that is playing there and we are living separate. We don't share same apartment, not even a same street. We also have accounts both of us on stake, bcgames and many other platforms and never had a problem. I want you to help me to reopen my account and have my funds tnx.

Hello, dear experts and judges, 35 days ago, for the first time, I deposited 500$ ETH of ethereum currency to one of 3 ethereum addresses belonging to the casino, and until YET no credit, no refund or any has been received, they received the currency and immediately transferred that currency to the main address of the site. They insulted me and they blocked access to support Even though they confirm the receipt of the money, they don't give credit or refund the amount. Every moment they impose new and more difficult conditions on me using their position, first they said 40 days later you will get your money, then they said we will deduct 20% and after 60 days we will refund and the latest credit status of the account They decided to refund instead, because according to the rules of the site, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, which of course will not be left for withdrawal .this is completely an example of extortion, robbery and coercion. I do not want to risk my money in this casino under any circumstances, I have no such intention anymore, and I want the same amount to be returned to me, and I strongly and helplessly request them to respect my decision and stop this process and return the money. Sincerely, thank you.

Good morning,

I have played at this casino several times. On Friday the 21st I deposited two hours later I requested a withdrawal. An hour later the withdrawal is canceled, when I ask the question to the support he tells me that it is a bug. So I replace my withdrawal and there coincidentally a problem in their base prevents the withdrawal for 2 days. Today Monday at 4:10 p.m. the withdrawal is still canceled and put back on my balance I ask the question again and the support tells me that it is normal since the withdrawal will take a lot of time and they do that if I want to play again I replace the withdrawal again and 30 minutes later they cancel the withdrawal again l and once again the support tells me that it is a server problem and that the withdrawals are processed manually and that it will take a long time.

This method is illegal to force players to play again and this kind of behavior is illegal and prohibited. On the chat site 3/4 of the players complain about the same thing cancellation of withdrawal supposedly server problem but on the other hand the deposits are made but are not credited.

I want my refund for this withdrawal. This technique is far from legitimate and this kind of casino should be closed.
