Canceled my withdrawal 3 times for me to play again

Good morning,

I have played at this casino several times. On Friday the 21st I deposited two hours later I requested a withdrawal. An hour later the withdrawal is canceled, when I ask the question to the support he tells me that it is a bug. So I replace my withdrawal and there coincidentally a problem in their base prevents the withdrawal for 2 days. Today Monday at 4:10 p.m. the withdrawal is still canceled and put back on my balance I ask the question again and the support tells me that it is normal since the withdrawal will take a lot of time and they do that if I want to play again I replace the withdrawal again and 30 minutes later they cancel the withdrawal again l and once again the support tells me that it is a server problem and that the withdrawals are processed manually and that it will take a long time.

This method is illegal to force players to play again and this kind of behavior is illegal and prohibited. On the chat site 3/4 of the players complain about the same thing cancellation of withdrawal supposedly server problem but on the other hand the deposits are made but are not credited.

I want my refund for this withdrawal. This technique is far from legitimate and this kind of casino should be closed.

Hello, thank you to askgamblers for having acted in my place since the casino's customer service did not want to know anything. Finally I placed 250 dollars in withdrawal while waiting for the withdrawal to be validated, so half after having wager *1. I wouldn't go back to this casino, of course, since the experience was very unpleasant, whether for me or for my community who have experienced the same disappointment.

Account closure and voided balance
Hi. My account was closed today and my balance was voided, the casino is accusing me of having more than one account and I can guarantee I never opened more than 1 account. The clause used to close my account was:

"8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the Website including but not limited to minors or self excluded persons. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which You have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and You undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. Should We decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that You opened with us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred."

I never opened more than one account, I have never done that and I have been gambling for 5 years and tested dozens of casinos, never had this problem at all in any other casino because I always read T&C before I register, multi accounting is prohibited and it's something I'm aware of. I opened my account earlier this year and have used it multiple times, I verified it before even I made a deposit into it, I never took bonuses besides their so called "metaspin", I only played with my own funds, no bonus balance. Contacted support and it's useless, they say the decision is final, which to me means the casino can falsely accuse users to appropriate their funds.

I want my account reopened and my full balance reinstated (which at the moment of closure was around 177 USDT) or I simply want my balance paid in full, not only a deposit refund.
