I really don't like that withdrawal it's not instant. It's a crypto casino that should be 100% decentralized. But for one hour it's still ok. Live chat didnt help telling me that I should be contacted via email about that issue within an hour. Of course I didnt get any email within an hour however live support told me that they sent me answers several times.
