Endless demands after 50k win on dog house

7 days ago, I deposited 5000 euros and won 50k on Dog House, submitted a withdrawal request..

What follows next is an endless cycle of them asking a document, ill submit it, theyll ask another document, ill submit it, and so on..

The email chain is 40 emails long now.

I have submitted everything under the sun: selfies, bank statements, payslips, all manner of identity documents. i have offered to do a video call, but they were seemingly uninterested.

The latest request from them, after looking at my bank statement, has asked for an invoice for one of the things I bought on my bank statement - completely irrelevant, and yet I'll go ahead and submit it anyway, just because I refuse to let them win in this endless stalling tactic.

I am shocked they have a 7.8 rating here at AG, and I am willing to provide all information required.

I am even willing to allow a trusted AG member access to my email account so they can see the absurd email trail

I would note that my gaming account remains active, and the withdrawals are still able for me to be canceled. I am also willing to allow an AG rep access to my casino account to confirm.

thank you AG, to anyone ever considering depositing their hard earned cash at this joint, let me recap what happened:
I deposit $5000 with cryptocurrency.
i won to $50k on dog house. verified legitimate by pragmatic play after review.
they ask me over 20 different documents, i send everything requested;
finally: No, we dont believe thats you.

Me: LETS DO A GOD DAMN VIDEO CALL , AND ILL SHOW YOU MY DOCUMENTS, IF THATS THE CASE.

Absolute scam/sham of a casino, and askgamblers should take a serious look at their rating, and anyone should steer well clear of this site.

I am furious at the deceptive practises of this casino, and i expect they will drip feed vague responses here in order to try to retain a professional "in the right" demeanor, while being a shameless scam operation.

Account closure and voided balance
Hi. My account was closed today and my balance was voided, the casino is accusing me of having more than one account and I can guarantee I never opened more than 1 account. The clause used to close my account was:

"8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the Website including but not limited to minors or self excluded persons. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which You have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and You undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. Should We decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that You opened with us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred."

I never opened more than one account, I have never done that and I have been gambling for 5 years and tested dozens of casinos, never had this problem at all in any other casino because I always read T&C before I register, multi accounting is prohibited and it's something I'm aware of. I opened my account earlier this year and have used it multiple times, I verified it before even I made a deposit into it, I never took bonuses besides their so called "metaspin", I only played with my own funds, no bonus balance. Contacted support and it's useless, they say the decision is final, which to me means the casino can falsely accuse users to appropriate their funds.

I want my account reopened and my full balance reinstated (which at the moment of closure was around 177 USDT) or I simply want my balance paid in full, not only a deposit refund.
