Account closure and voided balance
Hi. My account was closed today and my balance was voided, the casino is accusing me of having more than one account and I can guarantee I never opened more than 1 account. The clause used to close my account was:
"8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the Website including but not limited to minors or self excluded persons. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which You have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and You undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. Should We decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that You opened with us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred."
I never opened more than one account, I have never done that and I have been gambling for 5 years and tested dozens of casinos, never had this problem at all in any other casino because I always read T&C before I register, multi accounting is prohibited and it's something I'm aware of. I opened my account earlier this year and have used it multiple times, I verified it before even I made a deposit into it, I never took bonuses besides their so called "metaspin", I only played with my own funds, no bonus balance. Contacted support and it's useless, they say the decision is final, which to me means the casino can falsely accuse users to appropriate their funds.
I want my account reopened and my full balance reinstated (which at the moment of closure was around 177 USDT) or I simply want my balance paid in full, not only a deposit refund.
