Lucky Elf Casino: My Expert Opinion
Home to more than 120 software providers, Lucky Elf Casino features a great variety of casino games. It gives players the opportunity to test many games in demo mode to help them decide whether to play them for real money. I also appreciate that players can set responsible gambling limits through account settings.
The website is easy to use and navigate on desktop and in a mobile browser, but I haven’t tested the mobile app. To learn more about my impressions and experience with the casino, read my Lucky Elf Casino review.

General Information About Lucky Elf Casino
Lucky Elf Casino is a Metlait SRL brand, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica, operating under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence number 0000064. The licence information is verifiable by clicking on the badge in the website footer.
Lucky Elf’s CasinoRank is 7.1/10, while the Player Rank is similar, and it sits at 6.8/10 at the moment of writing this casino review. Most of these players’ reviews are from a while ago, showing that the casino has been on our website for a while now.
Players praise the games collection at Lucky Elf, fast deposits, bonuses and their experience with the customer support team. Others report issues with their bonus wagering and withdrawal processes.
The players have made only three complaints to our AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS), and all of them are related to withdrawals. The two accepted complaints were resolved successfully, and players got their funds back.
The process of setting up an account is pretty straightforward, and you will need to provide a valid email address and set a password first. The next step is to complete your profile with personal and contact details, and verify your email address.
The casino welcome bonus is a package offer that spans five first deposits, and the first deposit offer even has three options you can choose from. They all include a match deposit bonus and Free Spins.
Players from Sweden can’t claim any bonus offers, and if you are not sure whether the offers are available in your country, you can contact customer support and check.

Payment Information and Options at Lucky Elf Casino
When I clicked on the green Deposit button, I could see the options available to me. Note that not all payment methods work for all locations where the casino is available, but you should still have a few options.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. If you are depositing with your Visa, Maestro or Mastercard, the minimum amount is €10, the same as with Skrill. If you use Apple Pay, Rapid, Paysafecard, Neteller, MiFinity, or ecoPayz, the minimum deposit is €20.
Note that these limits can vary depending on your location.
While cryptocurrencies are available at LuckyElf, the selection is not so great, so I didn’t find the method I typically use, USDC. Instead, I used Skrill to make my deposit, and the transaction was almost instant, as the funds were in my account within a few minutes.
Most payment options are available for withdrawals as well. The minimum withdrawal amount for most fiat methods of payment is €20, apart from bank transfers, where the minimum you can withdraw is €200, and the withdrawal fee is €16.
The maximum amount you can withdraw in a day is €3,000. Weekly withdrawals are capped at €7,500, and monthly at €15,000, unless otherwise specified in the VIP terms and conditions.
Some players have complained about withdrawals and the verification process being slow. Since I didn’t get the chance to test the withdrawals, and therefore wasn’t required to verify my account, I can’t attest to our players’ reviews.
Games at Lucky Elf Casino
Lucky Elf is home to more than 120 software providers, which is an excellent number and means that there is also a great selection of games players can play at the casino. Demo mode is available to unregistered and registered customers who wish to test a slot game before playing for real.
Since I enjoy slot games, I spun the reels of Aztec Magic Bonanza by BGaming and Zeus vs Hades Gods of War by Pragmatic Play. I haven’t experienced any glitches while playing, and the BGaming slot even awarded a few decent wins, so I could play the Pragmatic Play slot afterwards.
Online slots are divided by category, so you can filter Megaways or Jackpot slots, for example. If you have a favourite theme, as I like my fruit slots and mythology, Lucky Elf also allows you to filter games by theme. You can also filter games by your favourite provider.
The live casino games lobby is also extensive, and it features an especially large collection of blackjack tables. I also found a good selection of baccarat, roulette, game shows, and others.
You can also enjoy table games at Lucky Elf Casino, including a selection of poker tables, dice games and other games, such as Sic Bo or Pai Gow.
I haven’t tried any table games apart from Sic Bo in the demo mode, so I can’t say much about them, but you can tell us about your experience in your Lucky Elf player review.
Lucky Elf Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Lucky Elf has a dedicated responsible gambling page where you can find information about the tools the casino offers to its players and links to external organisations that provide help and support.
The page is quite basic when it comes to helping players recognise problem gambling, as there is no self-assessment test and no advice on how to keep gambling habits in control.
Speaking of tools you have at your disposal to help you gamble responsibly, those are deposit, loss and wager limits. I was happy to see that I can set these limits in my account settings, because that is a very convenient feature for players.
Players can also request a time-out from gambling through their profile in the Limits section. The break can range from one day to three months.
If you wish to self-exclude from gambling at Lucky Elf, you can also trigger that option through your account, as the Contact button triggers the live chat option. You will need to state your request to the support team there, as the button doesn’t trigger any self-exclusion options, just opens the chat.
Customer Support at Lucky Elf Casino
Lucky Elf has an FAQ section that has brief answers to the most common questions about account settings, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, and general information about the casino.
If the answer to your question is not in the FAQ section, you can contact customer support via live chat that is available 24/7. Live chat is also available to unregistered users, which is a great thing for players who want to open an account but still have some doubts.
As I was testing the casino from Finland, and I have had situations where I couldn’t claim the match deposit welcome bonus offer at casinos before, I decided to ask customer support for a confirmation.
My initial contact point was Chip, the Lucky Elf chatbot, but I easily transferred the chat to a human agent, and Grace replied to my query. It took her a few minutes to check the information I asked for, but she was polite and helpful, so I didn’t mind the wait.
Support is also available via email if you wish to make a more formal request or need more space for your query, but note that you will need to wait a little longer for a reply.

Dear BLONDIE, Thanks for taking the time to review our casino and for sharing your experience with us! To start with, we would like to point out that if some bonuses have a maximum cashout limitation, this information will be indicated on our website in the terms of the promotion or in our emails with special bonus offers. We do have a lot of promos without such limitations, and you can enjoy them to the fullest. Nevertheless, our games are still significant to us, so we appreciate your attention. It is our pleasure to inform you that our team is currently working on a variety of providers. The goal of our casino is to make the time spent with you an unforgettable one. Your feedback will certainly help us to improve these areas, and we will take it into account. Warmest regards, LuckyElf Casino Team

Lucky Elf casino is one of the latest casinos I joined, just about a week ago. I initially saw them somewhere online being recommended with a no deposit bonus offer for new players. The offer was 25 free spins, so I was interested in giving them a go.
The registration process was super quick and easy and I got the bonus instantly. The free spins were on a slot called Wild Spin. Most of the spins paid very little but I was lucky enough to trigger the free spins bonus and ended up with a 16 eur win. However, once I checked my profile to see the wagering, the bonus was limited to only 5 eur and the rest was removed. I find that to be quite upsetting, because I understand limitations to the cashout from a no deposit bonus but I don't see why you'd give a no deposit free spins offer and limit it to only 5 eur. but of course, that's their right.
Then with my 5eur no deposit bonus I wanted to play Starburst but quite quickly realized they didn't have Netent games. Then I thought I could play Book of Dead, but they didn't have Play'n Go either. So I went back to the game I had the free spins on and lost it very quickly.
This is where my experience with the Lucky Elf casino ends. I wasn't a fan of the fact that the no deposit bonus had not only max cashout but also a maximum limit of only 5 eur for the free spins result. Also, I missed the fact that they didn't have either Play'n Go or Netent games. Having said that, I don't plan to make a deposit there. They do have a decent welcome bonus offer for new players, but for me the most important factor is the game selection and since they don't have my favorite providers, that's why I wouldn't deposit there. But if they add more games, I might reconsider.
