Then, the next cashout was declined due to exceeding a daily withdrawal limit (3000 CAD per day). It’s clearly stated in our terms and conditions (12. Withdrawal Policy). Therefore, we cannot agree with the statement that the player was not informed right.
Afterward, our team approved and processed the cashout as all steps were done correctly and there was no reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, the funds were not accepted either by Interac, or Bank Transfer due to internal technical reasons.

Decent casino for a starter, very crypto friendly and caters to a lot of well known providers. I agree with Blondie with the no deposit bonus plus 25 free spins, it's not the best but it is good for any new player out there I'd still appreciate something like that. I also like the UI, If you're a fan of norse or Lord of the rings the theme is somewhat similar. but overall a good casino.

Lucky Elf casino is one of the latest casinos I joined, just about a week ago. I initially saw them somewhere online being recommended with a no deposit bonus offer for new players. The offer was 25 free spins, so I was interested in giving them a go.
The registration process was super quick and easy and I got the bonus instantly. The free spins were on a slot called Wild Spin. Most of the spins paid very little but I was lucky enough to trigger the free spins bonus and ended up with a 16 eur win. However, once I checked my profile to see the wagering, the bonus was limited to only 5 eur and the rest was removed. I find that to be quite upsetting, because I understand limitations to the cashout from a no deposit bonus but I don't see why you'd give a no deposit free spins offer and limit it to only 5 eur. but of course, that's their right.
Then with my 5eur no deposit bonus I wanted to play Starburst but quite quickly realized they didn't have Netent games. Then I thought I could play Book of Dead, but they didn't have Play'n Go either. So I went back to the game I had the free spins on and lost it very quickly.
