The theme is different, I thought at first quite refreshing. Lots of tournaments to enter and a good selection of slots to lose credits on. I would be happy to continue to play at this casino if they honored their promotions
After depositing via a promotion on the promotions feed the promotion was not honored.
Live chat requested a screenshot of the promotion but when I revisited the promotions page the promotion had been removed.
Livechat could see I had deposited using the link and knew the promo code without my prompt however were not willing to honor the deal.

I encountered a severe bonus glitch playing 2 Playson games. One if which on Bonus rounds where it reset and I lost the bonus that provides up to 250,000$ max win.
I got it all on video. Lucky Elf validates the authenticity of the video, acknowledged I was robbed of my bonus because of a technical error. It has been 3 weeks now for a resolution and monetary compensation. They now claim they are waiting for Playson to respond however I am their client, not Playson’s client.
