Withdrawal method declined and other errors
I’ve had a complete nightmare with lucky elf the last 24 hours. Spent over 3 hours trying to withdraw my winning. Firstly I tried unsuccessfully to withdraw via bank transfer. I work in IT and there’s definitely a bug in their bank transfer interface. Tried several browsers, and devices with no luck. Contacted support they advised me to wait for their support team - nobody came back to me so I tried the Interac email transfer method, they rejected it due to a ‘technical error’ and advised me to try again. Tried again and waited 12 hours until I contacted support only for them to tell me to try again. Gia didn’t know why but asked me to wait longer. . .
Feel like I’ve been given the runaround and I feel very vulnerable right now. I deposited via Ethereum so I would now like to withdraw via that method but they’ve advised me I’ve reached my withdrawal limit. Very strange seen as though I’ve both withdrawn a penny!!!
