I was lucky enough to win 3755$.

I was excited and cashed out. I was told it would take 48 hrs for Lucky Creek to release the funds.

I sent in all the required documentation, being it was my first time.

After 48 hrs I saw a withdrawal was pending for 3755, after the withdrawal went through they only sent it through for 2755.

So I won on 11/11. I reached out to them to ask them why they took 1000 off the top and I couldn't get a straight answer. I received an email on 11/13 telling me I would get my wire withdrawal in 3 days. Three days came and went. Including a weekend. So I reached out to them again and they told me it's coming. Probably within 7 days excluding weekends. It is now 11/19 and I have seen nothing.

I was also told the max I can get paid out is 1000. So where does the 2755 go????? This is absolutely ridiculous and I want what I rightly deserve.

Please help!

Lucky Creek Casino - Wired withdrawal to wrong bank

Lucky Creek wired my withdrawal to the wrong bank. They did not use the wrong number that I provided and put on the wire transfer form. I do not know where they got the routing number they used.

The bank that received the wire rejected it on Oct 10th and Lucky Creek stills says they have not received it back. I initiated this withdrawal on September 26.

I will attach my wire form and there payout report. The routing numbers and location are not the same. Both banks were called first bank and trust but as of 2019 the bank they wired the money to is actually called Byline Bank

Lucky Creek Casino - Withdrawal not received and not getting any straight answers

On 8/14 I made three withdrawal requests each totaling $10,000 for a total of $30,000. I received email confirmations for each of the withdrawals. On 8/15 I made two reversals, one for $1,000 and the second for $2,500. On 8/16 I made a third and final reversal for $1,500. Following that my statement was updated with three withdrawals in the amount of $9,000, $8,500, and $7,500 for a total of $25,000.

I had completed the verification information and provided all the information needed for wire transfers. On 8/22 I received a wire transfer from a BofA bank account with no references that would associate it to Lucky Creek for the amount of $1,460. Since I have never received a wire transfer for anything before, I assume it's from them, but the amount has no relation to any of the three withdrawals. Giving the benefit of the doubt I waited till 8/25 to contact them having not gotten to remainer of the funds and no emails explaining what that money that was wired to my account was for and it was reflected nowhere on my statement on the site.

I have chatted with support 5 times now and every time they tell me something different. In the first chat on 8/25, I was told that the finance department had reversed the withdrawals and was told there was nothing I could do about it. The operator could not give me a clear reason and provided no account of why I had received a wire for a random amount of money. When pressed to speak with someone in the finance department to get clarification I was told they do not speak with players but would give me the same answer. On 8/28 I contacted support again to find out what is the status of the remaining $23,540.00 that is due to me. After a long wait operator Shanley came back and told me they are still awaiting feedback regarding my query. Then they tell me that once they have the detailed feedback, they will revert back to me or leave clear communications should they not be on shift.

They then ask for my patience regarding the matter till they have received the feedback. 8/30 still have received no response to emails or any information at all I contact support again. This time I get Jason. I informed them that I have not gotten any response from my emails and that I am still waiting on information on the account for $23,540.00 that is due to me. Jason informs me "You should get the winnings reflected on your account by the end of the week" They then state "Congratulations! 9/1

The end of the week has arrived and no wires have been received in my account I contacted support again and this time its Kerry. I stated its the end of the week that no wire was received in my account and I still have received no response to emails. I restate the amount that is due to me. Kerry asks me to hold while they look through my account. After a good 10 min wait a new operator logs in Madison who states "It seems feedback has not yet been received" I reiterated that according to my conversation on 9/3, I was to have received the funds by today. Madison says "I am not sure why you were told that" and "We need to wait for financing to advise on how to move forward" then states "I do apologize for the delays. I asked when I expected this feedback and Madison stated "We can have feedback Monday at the latest". 9/4 Monday. I go to log into my account to see what the feedback was today as promised and to my surprise, my account is now suspended. I got support and when I questioned this there was just no response.

This is no small amount of money and mind you while I was originally waiting on my wire transfers, I continued to deposit money and play all on the premise that I was to be receiving $25,000 that I had won fairly. I of course would never have continued to give them money if they had informed me that they really were not going to be sending me my winnings as requested.

This is the part that really amounts to nothing more than fraud. I Luckily screenshot all conversations and all my statements as they don't have a way for you to download them in hopes of a speedy resolution to this.

Lucky Creek Casino - Lucky Creek casino payout problem

On 4/22/2022 I won 300$ total. I tried to withdraw money with bitcoin. It never came. I message and am not told anything except its been sent to finance for investigation. Then days later was told I have to use wire transfer because that's how I deposited it. I do the wire transfer days go by call. I'm told my bank doesn't accept wires. Not true redo it again week goes by. Then I'm told I used wrong route number, double-check and try again something. Switch banks go through process yet again. My withdrawal 3200 has been processed I did not receive my money in my bitcoin. I contacted support at lucky Creek and they keep giving me different dates and telling me to wait a few days. Lucky Creek Casino - Withdrawal problems and run around from casino

So last week I've deposited 30 dollars into the casino then after couple hours after, I've managed to rack up a good win. Totalling around 10k or so then I proceeded to do a withdrawal 1 for 6k and 1 for 4k.

They emailed me telling me to take a selfie with my driver license which I've provided to them. Then next thing I know I was locked out of my account, so I contacted through chat and they told me apparently I've been listed negative which ever that means, then they told me that I breached their t&cs.

Then after that apparently there were fraudulent activities in my area so they closed my account to investigate. So I asked them what was I listed negative for which they didn't want to answer and I asked them is it because I wanted to withdraw. You guys closed my account and they said it was not.

I also still have about 7k of winnings sitting in my now "closed account" I also took pictures of everything including chat transcripts my winnings my pending withdrawals. I also talked to their sisters site which is blacklotuscasino.com and they said the same thing and they will "escalate" this problem to their review team for clarity and what not.

I still haven't heard anything back from them as of today.

the bonuses are too good to be true.
I came to this casino from the add saying that you'll get $88 free no deposit bonus. FYI I came from Indonesia,
at the registration page, there were no notice or any info about Indonesian cant use this bonus.
So without knowing that, I played with those $88 which turn out to be a "bonus balance" which I'm not surprised about until the requirement of 3500$ been met, magically I finish that and ended up getting $176 "cash balance" and so I play with those 176$ and winning about $300, I know something smell fishy here and then so I ask the CS, and voila my winning of $300 will be void because "the breach from ToS" which I didnt get any prior notice.

I do not recommend this site. malicious as they might be.

Prof. Cheaters, I am from Sweden, I won 100 us dollars from the no deposit. Got an e-mail saying congratulation for your winnings, you need to only verify your mobile and make a deposit of at least 20 us dollars.. Well I request a call from support (Fiona), everything was o.k and she said make a deposit of 20 us and claim your first deposit bonus, I did not want a bonus, I played without, and I won 155 us then I made a withdrawal.

48 hours pending period, after 72 hours, today I got a message saying they voided my winnings and refund my 20 us deposit to Neteller. Why? because I should choose my country currency Sek. Now they sent me a link to their hidden terms and conditions about currency. Now the question is: why you gave me a no deposit bonus in dollars. Why you accepted my withdrawal of 100 no deposit. Why you accepted my deposit in dollars. Why the support Fiona said to me at the tel. call deposit 20 dollars and she knew I am from Sweden? Why you accept Swedish players to deposit in dollars? The answer is very clear is if you lose then you lost, if you win then you can't cash out. Simpy those are cheaters, they just steel our money. They are powered by Saucify (Betonsoft) software and I decided to join them, because I was interested in their offer-150% deposit bonus and after that's taken you can claim 50 free spins. I signed up and contacted the live chat to ask if residents from my country can get it.

I was connected to a support person right away, which is nice that you don't have to wait at all. Support told me that I was eligible for this nice offer. I made the minimum deposit to get this bonus, which was 20 euoros. I got my 30 euros bonus immediately and with 50 euros balance I was ready to go.

I played Perfect Date slot. It has 30 paylines and I played it with 0.60eur bets per spin. Many spins were empty, but the ones that weren't gave me a little more than my bet wins, mostly 70-80 coins. I played it for about half an hour, didn't get any free spins features, but boosted my balance for few euros and then switched to Double Trouble. It is a quite new game. I placed 0.45 euro bets but I didn't have any luck with it and I lost half of my balance there.

The first and my favorite game from Bet on Soft Casinos is Age of Spartans, which I was playing many many times and have to say on this game I had only once luck to win something decent. Age of Spartans game didn't win me anything, so next step was to change the slot. My next game was Tails of NY, which is great game by me, because it has free spins feature and a bonus round.
