No response, still nothing being done for my 2000 withdrawal
I won 2000, I asked for withdrawal a few days ago.... I asked for bank transfer, a couple of days later they told me to cancel and ask for a withdrawL to a visa. I did. I emailed them docs many days ago They email me back three days after asking for docs???? I am fed up of chasing after my money. This casino was too good to be true. I loved everything about it. If you ask me if I've ever been lucky with anything with the word 'luck' or 'lucky' in it, then my answer would be "no!". Those 2 words mean absolutely nothing to me where casinos and games are concerned, and nothing with 'lucky' has ever been lucky for me. Don't know about others though. So, when I saw this Lucks Casino, I was going like "hmm...". What's more, upon checking on its details, I found out that the casino is owned by ProgressPlay, a name that has never been lucky for me either. That's 2 unlucky things in one casino for me, but seeing that 50 free spins offer for new registrants, I closed both my eyes and signed up! Hahaha.

That was way back in 2016, early 2016 if I'm not mistaken. The 50 free spins had a ridiculous wagering requirement of 200x the free spins winnings. If I had won $10 out of those 50 free spins, I need to wager $2,000 before I can even think of making a withdrawal! Have you tried clearing $200 wagering from a mere $10 in hand? Even that can be damn hard to achieve, and by the time the wagering gets done, you'd probably be left with $5 or less to withdraw, which is impossible anyway, so you'd only end up playing it all away. No win, no withdrawal. Just some fun playing with the free spins. And this is the way most, if not all, of ProgressPlay group of casinos do - the 'ProgressPlay way', not 'my way' or 'your way' either.

Well, 50 free spins on the game 'Aloha Cluster Pays' was already a bad offer to me, because that game hardly pays out anything decent, and my play on them couldn't even get a $5 total win. It was under $2 total, if I'm not mistaken, and I simply played it all off on the same game, which didn't take long at all to vanish completely. Argh! Feeling very unsatisfied, I then took up their 200% first deposit offer with a $20 deposit, the minimum amount required, just so I could play another game at the casino. This time, with my deposit and bonus money, I decided to play on another NetEnt game instead. I can't even remember now on what game it was played on, probably it was on Dead Or Alive, if it wasn't a restricted game, or maybe it was on Creature From The Black Lagoon. Whatever small balance left would then be finished off playing Starburst.

Needless to say, my experiences at various ProgressPlay casinos have not been good at all. All their Bonus terms are similar at all their casinos - 50x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, or 200x the free spins winnings amount, and I've not made any win or withdrawal at any of ProgressPlay casinos either. Nowadays, whenever I see the name ProgressPlay, my first reaction would be to avoid it! Hahaha.

Netent games, nice site, online chat was prompt and courteous... Now hoping there are no issues with my withdrawal since their online form to withdraw via bank wire was not letting me input all of my banking information I had to send it via email.
