LuckLand Casino - Delay payments over 10 days
January 6, I made a deposit of 600 euros.
On January 8 in the morning I ordered a withdrawal in the amount of 2,700 euros. (File "1")
I immediately wrote to the chat: "Do you need any documents?"
The employee in the chat gave a list of documents, I immediately uploaded everything to the site.
January 10, I receive an email with a request for documents. (2nd time !!!)
I naps in the online chat, I was told that this is a mistake.

It’s been more than 48 hours since I sent the documents and made the withdrawal.

Account remained 600-650 euros. I continued to play at low stakes.

Until January 14, I continued to play and greedy withdrawal.
January 15, I could not log into my account.

I wrote on the email: what happened to my account?
Received a letter stating that I was restricted access because they did not receive the required document:
"Hi Manuel,

I can see your account is currently on hold until the requested documents are submitted and approved (need the official RIB Document for WireTransfer: ****6800)

I think that they restricted my access due to the fact that I stopped playing (they expected that I would lose the remaining money ~ 600 euros)

I sent the required documents to the email (sent the documents for the 3rd time)

January 16th I received an email:
"Dear Manuel,

Thank you for contacting us and for your cooperation.

I can fully confirm that I have escalated your attached documents to the relevant department for them to be checked :)
Please not that it takes 48 BUSINESS hours for your documents to be approved by our finance department as per our terms and conditions :)

After that, the emile passed more than 48 BUSINESS hours, nobody wrote to me.

I decided to write a public complaint.
DO NOT IGARATE IN THIS CASINO, they have not paid 3,000 euros for 2 weeks already.

LuckLand Casino - Failure to pay winnings due to backdated terms and conditions
On 29 October 2017 I deposited £400 at Luckland Casino and received a £400 bonus. I lost both the deposit and bonus. I then deposited a further £400 and received a £400 bonus. With the £800 I managed to have a balance of £5,665 after clearing the wagering requirements. Prior to playing I checked that my play would comply with all the bonus terms. It did. Upon completing ID verification I attempted to withdraw the funds from Luckland. On 2 November I received an email confiscating the winnings from Luckland and refunding my £400 deposit. The email stated: "We would like to inform you that your current pending cashout has been declined. As stated in our bonus policy, Bets, placed on any game, which abuse the betting system will not be counted towards the wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the player placed bets equal to or greater than 5.5 Euro or $0.50 per line or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for that particular bonus have been met Please note that the original deposit is available in your account. " I note that the terms in force on the day I played and won did not contain the term quoted being "$0.50 per line". This term appears to have been added into the terms on 30 October 2017 as per the date on the revised terms. I also note that the casino seems to be breaking their own general terms and conditions being: “14.1 We reserve the right to amend and make any changes to this Agreement and/or to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, Bonus Policy, and/or to the Cash Out Policy , or any parts thereof, at our sole discretion. You will be notified of such amendments, which will come into effect once you approve the changes.” At no point was I informed of or accepted the change in terms and conditions. I would expect a reputable casino to adhere to the terms and conditions in force on the day of play. This backdated change of terms and conditions seems to be nothing more than an attempt not to pay. I replied to Luckland by email on 2 November 2017 pointing out the breach of the casino’s terms by the casino. I have received no reply, which is odd given their websites states: “committed to "CARE" - Customers Are Really Everything. We have implemented a professional customer support team ready to assist you 7 days a week “ Obviously not. I also note that the group of casinos of which Luckland is a member of has resolved a similar complaint in favour of the customer recently. I would like this complaint resolving by Luckland paying my winnings of £5,665.

As I have attached all the screenshots from the chat.after being with them for nearly 2 years now. I deposited the money in my account had winnings from the game. Went on to withdraw didn't let me. 15 times I went to cash out same msg. When went to chat and explained I had my real money and real winnings which was nearly 5k.i was not using no bonus and my bonus balance was 0. Why they didn't let me withdraw my money? She said I was wagering for a bonus with my real money. bonus which I received 7 months ago and expired after 24hrs then. Wow. I requested them for the refund of my winnings first she said no they can't then after explaining she said she will put a request but can't promise as they were in the right for converting my real money and real winnings into wagering for a bonus which was expired 7 months ago. I liked that you actually have a chance with this casino and hope I'm wrong in thinking otherwise. If luckkand sees that what in asking is nothing for a casino with such marketed honour. I truely lived this casino and thought sweet for once a casino out there that's fair and not a set up scam like so many other ones if they look into my case in sure they will have no problem honouring what I am entitled to. They made me think that I won 10000. With technology and me not understanding that I couldn't wager over a certain amount why would they lead u on thinking you had won. I was truely straight disappointed with this casino. I never win anything from online casinos and when I thought I had actually won 10000 I was exstatic. I tried to withdraw 7000. And it came back denied because I had done it with the promotional bonus offer and wagered to highi was broken and disappointed beyond what I imagined. It shouldnt make a difference weather I wageref a dollar or 20 that's the idea of gambling it's a chance not a set of rules. This is one of my favorites. Website is modern enough without too much movement or resource hogging. Support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable, bonuses are fair and worthwhile, a lot of slots to play, and in my experience better than average speed on the cashout and no verification requirements on cashouts under $2300. This is one that everyone who casinos online should try out. It's one of four on my favorites bar. Also, for me at least, the name holds true everytime I log in a hit in a huge way on whatever game I'm playing.

The limited cashout amounts per day/month and the limitations on cashout options for Canadian players are really the only issues I have with this casino.

Played with a Bonus and made a deposit of 25€ Managed to get through all the wager and cashout 658€!
I am very grateful for this and it made a lot of fun playing there!
The number of games is reasonable and you have quite a bit to chose from.
My documents got approved very fast.

Not much to dislike here.
The number of games could be higher, some well known slots aren't available here, but that isn't a big thing.
The withdrawal process isn't too bad at all either, the 2 days waiting time for approval is reasonable and ok for me.

Good servers support easy to play. Very easy to deposits. Good promotions. Chat support very fast while efficiency described in following chapter. Quite big variety of games.

Withdrawal procedure is an never ending story. Upload documents does not work, however promoted as fast way. Sending documents via email does not help, you are asked for documents all over again. Probably never to withdraw. If for any chance, will let you know.

I invested some money in playing in this casino and I managed to play out the bonus - my first impression is a nice webpage and very good performance of the games. I stopped the withdraw today and played again and get a bigger win - and regarding fairplay and winning chances I must consider they seem to be really fair compared to other casinos I played - and I play a lot. Due fact the transaction process and withdrawal process is not finished yet - I keep you updated how this was.

At the moment no dislikes because everything was fine.
