Their website works well. Too bad it’s only designed to steal from people. Customer service responds quickly, but only to say that they didn’t receive your complaint that you emailed them 5 times to 3 different mail addresses.
These criminals are operating from Curacao and don’t have the required Kansspel Autoriteit license to offer their games to people from Netherlands.
Yesterday deposited 200 EUR but forgot to take the welcome bonus, so deposited 350 EUR more.
After winning over 1500 EUR I wanted to cash out, but the wallet showed only 2,51 EUR and the other ~1500 EUR was bonus.
Then when you read their welcome bonus policy, you start to understand that it’s a trick to scam customers, by making you bet your 500 times before you can withdraw. That is impossible without losing your money.

I registered and played at Lalabet. I paid out a fair amount without verification. That worked. But overall I lost 2770 EUR and found out that they do not obtain a proper German gambling license. So we agreed on a payback. They paid back 1487 Euros and deducted:
a. fees
b. Cash bonus they paid during my visit.
So I am still missing more than 1200 Euros repayment which they refuse to pay. This is awkward and not general practice. Also cash bonuses should not be included in a repayment.

So is say let me verify then, they said no you should have verified before you played. But they let you deposit all the money that you want without being verified. This is a big SCAM don't play here.
