Casino confirmed refund however nothing received

Ho there,

On 18th of September I requested a refund from the Lala Bet casino for amount of 3755 EUR (email attached).

Then, after kyc verification and number of chats with the support team (email attached) I received and email from [email protected], confirming that my refund will be sent soon ( confirmation email attached). However, nothing have been received so far on my bank account, that I have also provided to [email protected].

I would like to open a complaint in order to receive and appropriate support for returning of my money.

Hello,

I'm more than happy to close the complain. Money recieve jusf now. It is less than requested (2832 EUR) but I understand that Casino did take some fees, which is also fine and acceptable by me.
