My Account After Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal Request

I deposited £10 at Karamba casino, received the £10 bonus and 250 free spins, and fully met the 35x wagering requirements. My bet sizes ranged between 10p and £3 per spin as per the terms.

I understand that winnings from the free spins were capped at £100, but the other money — the bonus and deposit funds — is not capped. All I had to do was wager it 35 times, which I did in full.

After completing all wagering requirements, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, which were now real cash. Unexpectedly, Karamba closed my account and refused to pay out, citing “bad faith” without any clear explanation or evidence.

This treatment is unfair and unacceptable. I request Karamba to immediately reinstate my account and process my withdrawal. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) to seek a formal investigation and resolution. Please find the attached files of the bonus offer and transactions and the withdrawal that I have requested and Karamba email they sent me

Issues with the weekly tournament

Dear Ask Gamblers ,

Where do I start… I could write a book on my constant struggles to make a successful cashout. If I am lucky enough to get my cashouts passed “pending” I will receive confirmation emails that my cash-out requests have been sent for processing. However over and over for nearly a month my money has been sent back into my account. The first time was because I selected too much. The limit was bumped to 20k/month so then I start the whole process over again and then again. I have sent multiple emails and not received any definitive response, usually I’ll get.

“Congratulations on your winnings” “ your cashout has been approved” but it gets declined and goes right back into my account. To add insult to injury, money I won from a tournament is also nowhere to be found with no clear answer to what is going on or when I’ll get my winnings. One day it’s “you will get it tomorrow”, then it’s “next week” or I’m told to just that the relevant department is aware of the issue and to “keep an eye on my inbox.”

I’ve sent another complaint through email today to see if that makes any difference. I’ve exhausted all attempts to get paid money I legitimately won. I’ve met all wagering requirements. I’ve reduced both my cashouts to $9000.00 each hoping maybe being less than $10,000 it will work. That was 6 days ago and still pending.

The tournament is “Drops and Wins”.

It’s the first thing you see they promote it on the main page. I Placed 11th out of 3000+ players. Received a notification that I had won congratulating me. I was so excited. I won 500.0x at C$15.00 bet worth C$7,500.00, in The Weekly Tournament (PrizeMultiplier)# 29# that ended on Aug 31, 2022.

Any help resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Delaying withdrawal twice

I made a two withdrawals of £251 each on the 30/4/2021, Total £502

I am a verified customer, the two withdrawals were held in processing for 7 days after numerous e mails to karamba, I eventually received an e mail advising me there was a technical issue and karamba had cancelled the two withdrawals and resubmitted the withdraw as one at £502.

I have waited a further 7 days and it is still in processing , I have e mailed karamba every day but the only answer I receive is the relevant department is looking into this and will email me once they have sorted it

After 14 days I would have thought it would be enough time to give me some information of why it is delayed again

Withdrawal still pending due to prolonged security check

I won about $7000 on karamba and on April 16th I cashed out $5000 and then on April 18th I cashed out $2000. I sent over my verification documents like the asked. I received an email on April 20th that they processed my withdrawal for $2000. That was great but thought it was weird they processed my $2000 withdrawal before my $5000 since I made the $5000 first. I left it for a day or two. Contacted chat on April 22 regarding why they haven’t processed the withdrawal for $5000 in which I received a response that my account is undergoing a routine security check by the compliance team. I left it, then Friday I contacted them again because it has now been over a week and does not make sense to me that my account is still going through checks when they can process my other withdrawal. Needless to say the customer service rep gave me the same response. When I asked what the routine security check was she said she did not know. How could they not know? Here is the proof I still haven't received these 2 withdrawals as if today April 6th 2021.

I have constantly requested that they correct their mistakes.

I have provided them my bank statements from January and February to show them that these 2 withdrawals I did still haven't arrived.

As you can see on the letter from my bank representative it clearly states they made mistakes on these transactions which never arrived in my account.

5hey have had all these documents bank statements 5 letters from my bank representative but still no corrections being done to re-process or re credit my account for the full $702 back to my account.

Withdrawing Money Issue

To whom it may concern,

As it stands, I am not able to talk to customer service as whenever I try to click on the chat button, it does not open the chat for me anymore. I'm not sure whether this is because I have been banned or there is a technical issue. However, this makes me feel uneasy as I can not ask anyone for help, hence why I have come here for help.

The issue at hand is as follows: on 29/12/2020 late night, I had tried withdrawing my money and I was told I could not withdraw unless I have reversed all my bonuses (screenshot provided), therefore I try to remove my bonuses and I am only able to reverse one (screenshot provided). I was given 20 free spins x £0.25 on the Fruity Friends slot and when I tried to use these spins, an error message popped up and I was not able to use them, unfortunately, I was not able to get a screenshot of this as I decided to go to sleep and resolve this problem the next day. So on the 30/12/2020 midday, I get in touch with customer service, and admittedly they helped me to resolve the error on the Fruity Friend slot, however, I do not have a little icon saying '20 free spins' in the bottom left of the slot screen. And it still says I have £5 free games on my bonuses menu. It is now 30/12/2020 late at night and I am not able to talk to customer service as to why I do not have any free spins to use anymore.

Withdrawals still not processed after 4 weeks of waiting

Hi. I have two pending withdrawals with Karamba that I requested on the 21st of October 2020 (£95.00) and 25th of October 2020 (£220.00). I have spoken to multiple agents over their live chat service regarding the delay but both withdrawals remain unprocessed. The first agent I spoke to claimed that they were having issues with PayPal (my chosen method of payment), and the second agent I spoke to said that my withdrawal hadn't been processed because my account was "undergoing a routine security check by our Compliance team". I sent a formal complaint to the company on the 10th of November but they have not acknowledged or responded to this email. When I enquired about this on the 15th of November, again through their live chat feature, the agent apologised and said that he would escalate this complaint and that I would receive a response within the next 48 business hours. I have still not been contacted by Karamba and I am extremely frustrated. I asked the same agent to provide contact details for the company's ADR provider but he refused. I am aware that complaints must go through the company's own complaints procedures prior to contacting their ADR provider, and that they have up to 8 weeks to resolve complaints internally first; however, I am concerned by Karamba's refusal to even acknowledge my formal complaint and that is why I am opening this complaint with the AGCC. As an account holder with Karamba I have a right of withdrawal and it is their responsibility to allow consumers to withdraw their deposit balance at any time and without restriction. I believe that Karamba is currently denying me this right. I hope that they will respond to this complaint with urgency and with the involvement of the AGCC I can finally resolve this ongoing issue.

Unjustly declined €3,000 withdrawal

I received an email with 50% bonus. So i signep up and deposit 200€ to get 100€ Bonus.
After a couple spins i landed a 1000x on 4€ stake.
Completed the wager only on 3 and 4€ stakes on bonanza, wild frames, book of dead, honey Rush and legacy if dead slots.
Did a withdrawal request and the day after i received the email with the decline that i did mistaken the 4€ betting rule, what i absolutely did not.
During the whole wagering i only did 3 and 4€ bets. Contacted live chat, tried to understand where my false is but they couldnt help me.
So i tried the mobile number on the website which also couldnt help me.
At least the support via email wrote me, that they have checked my betting history again and nothing has changed.
I wanted to know where and when i did false the 4€ rule but they couldnt tell me.
I also checked my betting history on the website. Theres no more than 4€ bets during the wagering.

Karamba Casino has got games from a lot of soft wares and have a very huge collection of games and specially slots. They have been established in this business for almost 10 years now and are very popular among gamblers. I was actually looking forward to making a deposit but then i found out that they are having 100 free spins for new players so i thought of giving it a try. But they were not giving a bonus to players from my country and i was very disappointed because i was really looking forward to the bonus and then made a deposit instead. Love the site and the girls too :) .

I deposited 50 and chose not to take the SUB and was not even sure that these bonuses are also excluded for players from my country or not. I got to the action with my money and opened the wish master game which is one of the best from net ent. Not a very good start and lost some money in the beginning because of no hits on slot. After this opened Gonzo's quest and here also no luck and got very little action and it was not enough to keep me from losing. And in playing around 4 games only I had lost the balance and i do not think they have a very nice return to the players.

And most importantly there are very limited games from Netent and I came only for Netent . I think they should bring some more games here from Netent or any other big company like MG or PT. I would give them 5 and having a lot of games is not better then no having good ones. I think they need to work on a lot of things and give the free spin bonus to players from different regions. They should make promotions for players all over the globe and not for some only.

Anyway the bonus was for the slot Fruity Friends. It had a rather small 35x bonus wager and no maximum cashout. I always like these bonuses because you can have a descent win from 25 spins and with some big win to boost your balance at the beginning you can easily wager this bonus.

I made an account and took the free spins. I had some descent wins and when the spins were over I had a descent 6,30 euros on my balance. This isn't a lot to play some 25 payline slot so I decided to try Starburst a little on a minimum bet. I lost about 2 euros here at first and than had a good win of 5 euros. I played over half an hour winning and losing and left the game with 12 euros on my balance. Then I tried Wishmaster for about 30 spins but had a few very small wins. I was really hoping Gonzo would be more generous but he managed to suck my balance dry after fooling me with some descent wins.

There can be bad casino on any software of course, but generally all netent casinos is safe.

I am also was happy that Karamba casino is not poor one regarding bonuses, and offer 200% SUB(sign up bonus) for first deposit. I just deposited 25$ and have 75$ to spent on casino. I open evolution and start playing at 0.75$ bets.Hit feature after about 100 spins, and feature even does not cover my losses. Okay, and I just close this game and goes to play flowers, where I hit feature quickly, and it is also does not pay well.

So I open wild rockets, and start playing at min bet, but was under bad streak of luck and wild rockets eat my balance without a chance to return my losses. Karamba casino also offers to me 100% bonus on second deposit, and I of course take it, this is not problem to make small deposit 25$ and take whole evening to have fun and some chances to win money. Yes I did sign up here but have to say I don't like Neo games at all, the only reason I sign up because they are offered me, well they still have the same offer 5 euro free chip, so mainly it's just because of that, but I was lucky when I saw that they have my favorites and that's Netent gaming.

The sign up process was really quick, so when I saw the Netent games I contact their live support if I can use those 5 free to play Netent games.
Well it's better if you ask so you can be sure, so I got positive answer so I started to play.
I don't know why but this casino reminds me so much of the Hopa Casino or they are sister sites, but from the games selection and the look of the the sites I think they are.

The next step was to spend those 5 free and I liked it because there was really small wagering of the free chip, but 5 euros it's not that much, but if it's your lucky day, who knows.

Well it was a nice surprise to see this little place being advertised on AskGamblers with such an 'open' welcome bonus. By open I mean well the winning possibilities are endless and the kind of bonus you wouldn't normally expect maybe to find at a casino that is powered by Neo Games.
