Failed to assist accordingly with a game glitch issue
I played 50sek (5euro) bet on Sparta slot on Kaboo. I got the bonus, and the guys says. "Tonight we died in hell" After u get the bonus u get a respin to get more freespins, it gets me 20 freespins and when its the last respin it gets stuck. I then contact the casino saying that the slot freeze up, they tell me to reload, when i do i get the message "that they will resume" I see me winning the bonus again and it freeze on the same spot.. i tried everything they wanted from me, and then they say that they need to contact the game provider for this issue. I also send them a screen of when it froze... They told me it would take 2 days.... after 2 days it still wasnt fix, i still get the same freeze and finally today after 5 days i go in and its fixed. I havent gotten any money from them so i contact them and they first say that i won 210SEK (21euro) from bonus. I then told them that i got that from the spinn that gave me the bonus.. They said they couldnt help me, and that was that. i didnt give up and told them i wanna talk to someone else higher up so i started to talk with a guy name jarvis. He then said that I didnt even get a bonus at all and that it was all bullshit .. Even though it clearly shows in my screen that i did, he said it didnt and that im basically lying.. After 30 min of me not given in, he finally said that the thing is settle and that he now gives me a lifeban on livechatt.. I cant talk to them, they wont help me, and they are calling me a lier.. I did get the bonus and i didnt get payed from this.. They say that it didnt register me hitting a bonus but that isnt true becasue i saw it, and i even have screen evidence of it when it freeezing up and showing i have won 20 freespins... So maybe it freezed up before it even shows up on their server i dont know.. but that doenst matter to me, i dont care about the issue, i care about what is right is right. and i won that bonus fair and square. and i derserve to get payed for that.. And Sparta is a very good slot bonus, specially when u get more then 15 spins, and i got atleast 20 so that is a very very good chance i would get more then 100x on that bonus.. They also blocked me before i even could get chatlogs, and becasue im unable to even chatt with them now becasue of they inmature and bad behaivor its impossible to even get it... was i angry at them? no not at first but ofc after i while i get very angry, and i think i am entitle to being angry when im being scammed on for alot of cash.. Missing Payment
On the 24th Nov Kaboo processed 2 withdrawals of £1800 to my debit card. One of the payments was credited to my bank account on the 25th Nov, but not both. I checked again on Monday 28th but no payment. I then contacted Customer Services and was told it could take up to 6 or 7 days for a payment to arrive. I pointed out that I had never had to wait that long with Kaboo, but was told to get in touch again, if I did not have the money by end of the week. I was assured that they would get me the ARN number, if my money was still missing. The money did not arrive, so I emailed them again on 30th Nov and they now asked me to provide a screen shot of my bank statement. I sent this on the 30th. By now as was getting rather upset as I had not had any information from Kaboo, other than platitudes and excuses. On 5th Dec I posted a review on this site that also mentioned my issues with Kaboo, and someone from the casino answered, asking me to send them the details, I did that night, but have heard nothing from that. On the 7th Dec I contacted Kaboo again and asked for an update and was told they were awaiting their bank sending them the ARN number, they said they had sent several emails to their bank but had not yet had any reply. I feel that Kaboo are not attaching much importance to this issue, as I'm sure banks can furnish the ARN number a lot quicker than this. I am also concerned that Kaboo never sent me an email confirming the processing of this withdrawal, but they did for the other withdrawal that day, and all subsequent withdrawals. However, when I queried this, they implied it was of no importance.

I like the casino interface. I like that they have PLAY FOR FREE option on all games. I like the level up feature. I like many things here, but I like the most THE RESPECT for the players.

Usually I play a lot on SuperLenny, with is Kaboo brother casino. After I made a few deposits on Kaboo (small deposits, all together they value 150 pounds) I hit the chat regarding some small problem. After my problem was solved, I ask for a non-deposit bonus money if it is possible ,and they responded quickly... AFFIRMATIVE :))) So, I took the money, I played, I made the 35X wagering required and I finished with almost 200 pounds, up which I could withdraw. I didn't withdraw because I did not find it right to do so, since I have not deposited any money.

What I want to say is that, the people who are working on Kaboo, are very very professionals. Pay close attention to the player's needs and gives the player a great deal of respect.

I have wanted to visit Kaboo Casino's website since quite awhile now but never getting to do it, until now that is. That too was after checking out the casino's info at Askgamblers review section here. The casino is offering some no-deposit free spins for new registrants, and the promotion that I had received in my mailbox was for 20 free spins, most probably on Starburst. 20 free spins on Starburst is nothing but a lousy $2.00 no-deposit offer, a cheap skate offer and not worth at all, in my honest opinion, but for the time being, it's better than nothing.

What caught my interest was that Kaboo Casino has the game providers that I like, like Microgaming, Play'nGo and Thunderkick, amongst other providers, but my main attraction was none other than Microgaming, hoping to see the game Supe It Up there available for play. So I visited the casino's website and was greeted with a registration form on the landing page. When I tried to go to the casino's lobby, it took me there, but refused to show whatever games the casino has. There was simply no way for me to check first if my favourite games were available or not. What the argh! Why this restriction in the first place? Why so secretive about their games? I cannot understand the logic behind this, and that alone has got me disappointed even before thinking of signing up! I wouldn't know if the games that I want to play would be available or not, and if those games were not available after signing up, it would all be a waste of my blardy time and effort! I wouldn't want to play at any casino if my favourite games are not available, and Kaboo Casino is trying to lead me into their casino blindfolded! What the argh!

Well, if not for Play'nGo and Thunderkick, I would simply have not bothered to sign up in the first instance. I hate being blindfolded like this to sign up. It's like a blardy trick being played on me! Putting all that aside, I decided to go ahead nonetheless, so I filled up the first page of the registration form. The next page required my personal details, but before I filled in those spaces, I checked first to see if my country was in the list. There has been numerous times before when my country would be missing from the list, thereby restricting me from signing up. True enough, it happened yet again. No Malaysia in the list. No signing up was possible. But I wasn't surprised, and I wasn't that disappointed either. Why? Because that blindfolding had already disappointed me in the first place!

I don't know how many times I have already mentioned this, but I'll say it again. Why can't these casinos have their country restriction list updated promptly? Why lead new players to sign up but blindfold them first? Why cause unexpected disappointments to players who suddenly realised that they couldn't sign up in the end? Why can't all these info be made known in the first instance? Sheesh!

On my first 1200$ withdraw, I was asked for KYC by E-mail. I reply the e-mail and within a few hours I got a confirmation e-mail that my money was transferred. (And yeah, I even did receive them)

My 2nd withdraw was done within hours, and actually on my bank account next day.

So yes; they do pay out winnings. (Hassle free for me this time)

The customer support is bad here. I always like to verify myself before I deposit (best way really) and for some reason these guys are stalling. I emailed to say I would like to verify myself so the told me to email another address. I didn't hear back from them to emailed support to be told I should give them time ??? Do you want my custom or what. So i did give them time, a week to be precise and still no word from them. I emailed to say it's been a week and still not been verified, why? Well they didn't even bother to reply to that so I won't ever play here with such bad support.

Really impressed with this site.....payouts really quick 2 days and in my bank account and thats using bank card cannot fault that.....customer service really helpful yes meets my expectations as to what a casino site should be also once you put in a withdrawal request it cannot be reversed which to me is very good.

The only negative point I have is I couldn't do live chat for some reason but they responded quickly to my emails.

Good selection of games. But amazing service. First withdrawal for £900. They asked for docs, I emailed. Within an hour they were verified (at 10pm). 5 minutes later the withdrawal was processed. Just found this casino last night so I checked up on it as it's sister site is thrills,seeing that it was a no brainer as thrills is one of thee best around, great layout of this site was a refreshing surprise. I liked the echo bonuses which I read below some don't, but seeing as these are all FREE spins I'm not sure why people moan but each to their own. It has my fave Netent games I deposited here twice, had a few small wins so I have made a withdrawl request, so I'll post on how the verification process goes if like it's sister I'm not expecting any hassle.....hopefully.

Nothing to dislike here though it did crash saying having problems with deposit and withdrawls but online gaming that goes with the territory.
