There is no complaints from Me..I cannot find a thing to say in regards to issues. I think that anyone who has any negatives is self inflicted and brought upon themselves. Spending too much money is really not the Casinos fault.

The site is too old school for me, if you compare with new crypto casino they are not in the same place. The withdrawal is a little bit longer with interac. The loyalty program is also too basic compared to other casinos!

Personally, my overall experience was the worst I've had with any online casino. The time for verification and withdrawal was unacceptable, over a week. I've now been chatting with them on this issue 9 times and it is always the same thing: "we need an explanation for the address on document" and when I tell my story again, and again, they say "okay I see that and I am now sending the explanation and docs to the right department on high priority". My withdrawal is still pending. So 9×72hrs us how long I have to wait? And now I am also getting the famous "CloudFlare" screen when I try to log in and "chat". I was even stupid enough to keep depositing thinking maybe they will be like"yeah she's playing alot still, let's get this issue resolved a.s.a.p" or something thinking maybe they care about customers and loyalty. The layout of the website. The agents working for this casino do their best to help but there are not able to do so as the policy of the casino is not focused on providing support but hope people leave their unpaid withdraw and leave the casino after playing for real money.

They have changed the monthly loyalty bonus. They simply decided they aren’t giving it any more and never told the players. I only found out because I went to live chat to find out where my monthly loyalty bonus was. It was a “management” decision. Yet they advertise the giver the wager the more points you earn. Sometimes the 120 % bonus has let me down. I have claimed it, deposit but I did not receive the 120 % extra bonus. I've noticed they will debit your card - visa hold on my account. With AnZ they allow a pending period of 5 days for the vendor (jackpot city) to collect the money. Jackpot do not take the funds within this 5 day period. SO this results in the money going back into my bank account for 24 hours which I can then still spend.. But they will swiftly collect the money the next day. So be warned!! I believe this to be tactical move to get me to spend more money. Annoying with the payout time, definitely not 2 days. I've found it to be 4-5 days on the bigger payouts, again another tactic to get you to respend It.

First of all, if you do the mistake of taking their bonus offer of doubling what you pay, you will be stuck in a impossible way to get that bonus cashable.
Ive put 50 that would bring me to 100 with the bonus offer. For me, to even think of withdrawing anything, I had to first reach the 2500$ game play AND then have a minimum of 50$ in my sold. I dont have to tell you its basically impossible.

But if that wasnt enough, I realized they charged me 64.90$ for a 50$. I contacted them complaining about it and they told me they just charged me 50$ and the rest most have come from my bank. I reached my bank (That I have for the past 25 years and that I trust) and they confirmed me THEY charged me that amount and there was no fees on their end. I contact them again telling them so and never heard back from them.

They don't allow you to withdraw funds. This casino is scam! I've deposited over 10K dollars and when I tried to withdraw 5K dollars they first tried to delay it, asking for all kinds of documents that I had to pay my bank to provide. Then two weeks later they said that they couldn't withdraw to my bank account or my mastercard, same as I used to deposit. Note that I've withdrawn using same methods in many other casinos.

An account was opened in my name, and my banking information, and a pile of money was deposited from my bank. Nothing sent to me to prove that I even wanted an account opened, the account not way I found out was by deposit emails in my trash.
