The chat support didn't answer, so it's totally unnecessary to have a "live chat" here.
First I had so many lags on nearly every spin, so it was not really any fun to play there, although I've won something.
But now the Slots are no more available, because every single slot lost his connection, after making 1-2 spins on it!
Since the live support didn't answer to his customers (at least not to me), although there are this big problem, it's really totally unacceptable to promote such a casino.
I took the 200% bonus and deposited $10 and got lucky playing Reggae Rhythm on a .25 cent bet, first a $204 line bet then a $315 bonus. Right afterwards I noticed I had no access to “my account”, it had just disappeared. I went into chat and presented a screencap and was met with “that’s the oddest thing, let me escalate this”. Sure. I kept playing for a few hours and still could not access my account to see my play through or anything. Went back in chat and was told the problem was I was logged in? And that I’d have to log out so tech could fix the problem but that it would take between 15-20 days! Lol!
At this point I was resigned to not getting paid so spun all my winnings out. Interestingly I did at one point manage to view my transaction history and my original $10 deposit was there but also 2 deposits for $40 and $45 that didn’t go through (no cash in that account) so it appears as though $85 had tried and failed to be deposited.
