Ilucki casino is one of the Direx NV casinos I joined along while ago. I remember I signed up for some no deposit freebie, however it was not credited, or my country was restricted from the bonus, not sure. Anyways I did not play with them for while after I opened my account as their deposit offers was high. I think to get something decent like 100% or 100% spins or more, you need to deposit 50 euro which was a lot for me.
They offer games from all providers from Play N Go, Netent, BGaming, Push Gaming – Well Push gaming is now removed not sure why, as this was one of the main reasons I deposited here with straight cash to play Jammin jars and the fact they supported my own currency. They do have live gaming but Ezugi looks boring as I prefer evolution when I give a few spins on the wheel.
Support is always available from what I could see. Just not sure whether they are 24 hours or not, but I always see them online whenever I needed them, so I thought maybe they are 24 hours. There are times where you wait up to 5 minutes for live chat agent to respond to chat which is a bit long every now and then. They are friendly and add some no deposit spins to your account every now and then.
I never claimed a bonus here, only do wagering of x40 or x50 whenever I receive some no deposit spins for losing deposits as courtesy or unless I level up and they add some spins to my account. Wagering x50 is a bit high, however they have certain games restricted for bonus funds, like Book of Dead – Really? No casino I know off blocks book of dead.
I made a couple of withdrawals here, paid within 30 minutes – 3 hours all the time. Verification took 30 minutes as well, so overall the process is quick.

Two months ago, I received a promotional email from iLucki Casino, offering 125% first deposit bonus plus 100 free spins, which was slightly better than their current on-going offer of 100% first deposit bonus plus 100 free spins. Seeing that, I then visited their website, browsed through their Terms & Conditions, including their Bonus Terms, and also looked through their games portfolio. Honestly speaking, I was impressed with what I saw – they have a really wide selection of game providers, my favourite games were available, and the casino is owned by Direx NV, my favourite casino owners. Without further hesitation, I then signed up at iLucki Casino, filled in my portfolio details, and made a $20 USD deposit to claim the welcome promotion.
As expected, my registration and verification of my email went smoothly without any glitches, and my deposit via Skrill went through very quickly too. The gaming platform is great. However it is a shame that the chat staff are not very tolerant. To be honest I have never come across chat staff that have been thus rude. I'm sorry to say. I'm quite taken back by the treatment I received by the first and second online chat experience. Neither time was the problem solved. Be aware people that the promotions are not always automatic like advertised, and be prepared to be in for quite a struggle to receive what normally would be automatic. For instance 100 free spins at 20 per day, the second day come along and no spins added to my account. I approached them when they were a day late, and the chat staff just wanted to deny there ever was a first lot of free spins issued??? Clearly they would prefer their customers to not worry about the remaining 80 after first 20 issued, whether it be first dep bonus that just doesn't get added. And they fight it out that the code should have been typed in caps not normal typing. And still then they won't issue them with out a good fight. Good looking website, good bonuses but need a lot improvements like many of games lags hard and after refresh not resuming to spin I lost few bets like that.

iLUCKI casino have many slots to choose from and I think we can change the look of the homepage by clicking the categories to find slots easier. I can use the search field for my browsing but takes some effort to look for specific games because of how the pages are designed.
The casino have premium games especially slots but it not have chinese language, it is not friendly for chinese players. Customer service terrible
Nowhere on their homepage nor on their deposit screen do they say how much ZAR is needed to qualify for a deposit? They say 20 Euro and the first time * (a while ago), My ZAR deposit was -+ 0.80 Euro cents short and they refused to allocate any bonus. I went back and deposited R300 this time for some FS deal or something that I acted upon an email on. It also didn't state how much ZAR I must deposit. Then, again, declined and after I said I'll pay another R100, they still refused and told me it must be one transaction. I asked them how I must know this and they tell me 'Google'.
Ok, can they then ' Google' to inform patrons of possible shortfalls on currencies. What if the Erro #%#$ out overnight or my currency strengthens 25% in a couple of hours. More importantly ...
