I play slots here almost every day. Lately, they have added a lot of new games, so I try them out hoping to find something interesting. I usually spend 1-2 hours here in the evening, but on weekends I can play all day long.

Wide range of games even though they are always very very slow to start. The website looks ok and there are a lot of different deposits methods.
And that's it.

I'm very surprised that they are casino of the year 2023.
I've been playing there sins 2021 and my experience went from bad to worse.
First, I have just seen that I have been playing on games with 85% RTP (I don't even know if it's legal)
Then if you finally pass a VIP status you are rewarded with free spins! But don't be happy, the max cash outs are so low, it doesn't even makes sense.
Withdrawals are very slow and they ask for endless docs when you win.
The chat is very very slow and if you are a good player they assign you to a VIP manager, but for the manager won't answer or very slowly.
I don't recommend this casino to nobody.

I like iLucki casino because of the wide range of different games that are here. Life chat is very helpful and answers my questions in one moment, I cannot miss this fact.

Great selection of games! It’s also Fun to play on I even won a few times!!! My Documents were verified very fast!!! 1st cash out was approved very fast, but that has changed!

It says pending time is 0-1 hour but I’ve been waiting over 30 hrs! And the one before that was over 24hrs! Before that it was a few minutes idk what is going on! That’s only pending time. I still need to wait for processing when that’s done! The comp points say redeemable but it doesn’t allow to redeem, asking the Support chat about this or the pending time is no help at all! Customer service terrible
Nowhere on their homepage nor on their deposit screen do they say how much ZAR is needed to qualify for a deposit? They say 20 Euro and the first time * (a while ago), My ZAR deposit was -+ 0.80 Euro cents short and they refused to allocate any bonus. I went back and deposited R300 this time for some FS deal or something that I acted upon an email on. It also didn't state how much ZAR I must deposit. Then, again, declined and after I said I'll pay another R100, they still refused and told me it must be one transaction. I asked them how I must know this and they tell me 'Google'.
