I play slots here almost every day. Lately, they have added a lot of new games, so I try them out hoping to find something interesting. I usually spend 1-2 hours here in the evening, but on weekends I can play all day long.

Wide range of games even though they are always very very slow to start. The website looks ok and there are a lot of different deposits methods.
And that's it.

I'm very surprised that they are casino of the year 2023.
I've been playing there sins 2021 and my experience went from bad to worse.
First, I have just seen that I have been playing on games with 85% RTP (I don't even know if it's legal)
Then if you finally pass a VIP status you are rewarded with free spins! But don't be happy, the max cash outs are so low, it doesn't even makes sense.
Withdrawals are very slow and they ask for endless docs when you win.
The chat is very very slow and if you are a good player they assign you to a VIP manager, but for the manager won't answer or very slowly.
I don't recommend this casino to nobody.

I like iLucki casino because of the wide range of different games that are here. Life chat is very helpful and answers my questions in one moment, I cannot miss this fact.

What I really don't like about the casino is the availability of live chat, I mean that it doesn't work 24/7. I have no more complaints about the casino.

Very friendly support. Fast verification - less than 10 minut and very fast cashout too. Nothing to complain about. Bonus is fair. Many providors and lots of games.

I could not find an easy way to find my favorit providors, not a problem to find the game, but I like the overview from the providors. But its the only negative i can say about this casino.

I really like the setup, accessibility and the casino providers who are on here. I really love the use of the whole system and would love it if all games were available. Would recommend 100%.

I don't like the minimal bonus that the casino has to offer. Bonuses are as low as 20% at times. So that's a negative for me. But so would highly recommend it despite the negative rant I made.
