This online casino has not pros to it. They always have glitches on this website and the bonuses are not very great. Only pro about this casino is the variety of games.

They held my credits from me for more than five days. It is still pending to be resolved by genesis casino. They try to blame skrill for missing funds but I contacted skrill and they sent me a reference number and told me that they did deposit funds to casino and that it was genesis casino that had been holding my credits. Would not recommend this website the agents are rude and not helpful at all!!!

I have played a lot of casinos online and heard decent reviews about this fairly new casino!
I immediately signed up hoping to play fairly quickly as many gambler does and there was no quick way to prove you ID even though I sent it through within 15 minutes of signing up!
I am now nearly 36 hours in and still no approval! Poor administration!

I had liked this site so far... I got a good wins. Big wins too. Lots of games to play. I love playing on this site ever since I got here. Small amount withdrawals are not a problem.

I just hate their withdrawal process. They increased their verification days from 48 hours to 72 hours, I was fine with it considering the given conditions in the world. I have been waiting since 6 days and they haven't processed my withdrawal even though I have repeatedly complaint with the customer service. Due to this I haven't got to play too. They are not listening..

Nice selection of games and I did win alot of money the only problem is you have to wait a long time to get paid and verified. Soon as I won a big win that was it. Got plenty of bonuses but they were very small wins.

Don't like the fact you win big money an have to wait hella days for it. I even cancelled a withdrawal because of how long it took totally regretted doing that. I don't like how you can reverse your winnings even after 6 days it should be locked or something.

Genesis casino together with kassu casino are in my opinion the best genesis global limited casino's. Currently I have a pending withdrawal from my second deposit, I also won on my first deposit! However that is not why this casino gets 10 stars. Normally Genesis global limited casino's have a pending time of 48 hours for withdrawals however genesiscasino processed my first withdrawal well within those time limits (much sooner). The layout of the website is great but like all other genesis global casino's they don't offer playngo to players from The Netherlands like me. When I request a time out for my account until my withdrawal is processed it is done so imminently. Your funds are safe with this casino. If you are lucky enough that it comes to withdrawal you can be assured that your winnings will be received accordingly.

Overall there is little to dislike except the fact that they don't offer playnGo to Dutch players and the fact that officially the pending periods are still 48 hours however like in my case for my first withdrawal it was done so sooner. Let's see how it goes with the second one.

Genesis casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. Last month I discovered Kassu casino and Casino Gods that are from the same group of Genesis Global casinos and I had quite a good time there. I knew that Genesis casino is a part of the group and I liked the welcome bonus they offered so I decided to sign up.

The sign up was easy and just like with other casinos of theirs, I really liked the game selection as they have Netent, Play n Go, Microgaming, Big Time Gaming as well as other game providers. After sign up I made a deposit of 30eur and received a 30eur match bonus. One thing I like and dislike at the same time is how their bonuses work. From one side I like the fact that if I hit a big win without using bonus funds, I can request a withdrawal. From other side, since I'm a low-roller, I prefer bonuses where each bet contributes to wagering requirements. Regardless, the bonus wagering is very friendly as it's only 40x bonus amount.

I started off by playing Twin Spin as I usually do. I didn't manage to get any decent hits so when my balance went down to 30eur, I decided to move on. I chose to play Wolf Gold as it's a game I quite enjoy recently. I managed to get the jackpot feature and had around 50x bet win from it, which was a small but needed balance boost. I continued to play it for a while and managed to get my balance up to 60eur again. Then I went to play Wolf Club but the game was cruel to me. I kept playing it for the remaining session, had a few bad bonus features and eventually ran out of balance. Then I went to play my free spins that are a part of the welcome bonus. The spins paid around 4eur and I used them on Starburst without any luck.

Overall I had a nice time at Genesis casino and I do recommend them. The deposit was smooth, no technical issues appeared and the game selection was good. And even though I'm not a fan of parachute bonuses, this one has good wagering requirements. I might make another deposit and take the second welcome bonus as they left a good impression on me.

Very good site, over all one of the best online casino I have been 2, I am a regular casino player and I will say this to genesis casino is that your site is by far the easiest to use and user friendly and the chat service is amazing, some really good agents ready to help.

As a VIP customer if the withdrawals were more it would be better but so it's just 5400 ish a week which for me is pretty slow. I hope they receive my emails to maximise my withdrawals I would be so happy.

Any one here who says they are not genuine remember to verify your account 1st before you play as this is their requirement. I 2 at 1st was quite sceptical but I have been paid by them so I will vouch for them and no i am not employed by them lol. This is an honest review guys hope this helps and genesis please increase my withdrawals as I am A VIP customer.

Good selection of games. The site seems to be easy to use and looks decent enough. Although as stated all that glistens isn't gold. The VIP agents seem to be helpful but behind their smile lurks some very heinous.

Make sure you read all the small print in their terms and conditions. I went through a stage of trying a casino, not getting very much in way of returns then self excluding and moving on. Eventually found my way onto Genesis which started fine, winning a little losing a lot then winning nearly £4000. I decided that's enough for me I withdrew and self excluded. That was my big mistake they asked for ID as per normal but found that I had self excluded from a sister site, which I had no knowledge of nor is it a Uk law requirement. They suggested I had purposely misled them by changing the year in my date of birth even though my address, name, email, card details, month and day of birth were identical.
The conclusion was they refused to pay out on a genuine win or even refund the deposits. The despicable way they behaved leaves me no choice but to warn others. Read the terms and conditions and be warned. I suggest you invest your money in a UK site with greater renown and stay away from the Maltese cowboys.

Genesis. Not so bad as you might think it is.

In slots world you hear a lot of people talk and complain fast. So it was for me. I hear a lot of negativity about this casino but is it really that bad? No, I think it is not bad at all. They offer a large amount of game's, their game servers are fast, no lag or loading issue's. They have a easy to navigate interface which helps a lot finding the game's you like. Genesis as far I know from my own experience offers bonuses you can take with your deposit and they are decent bonuses. So far I received 100% 75% and I played one time raw without any bonus attached and so far, it's pretty darn good. My 3rd session at genesis I won 700,- euro. Amazing! Yes I can recommend genesis casino to anyone so far.

The reason I left one review star open is because of the lack of payout times. I seen and read a lot of people complaining about it and I kind of understand why this is. It is because its taking way too long. Players now days are treated with instant cash-outs that make's it for a casino like this a minus point if it take's longer then a day because you will ask your self the question: Why can that casino do instant cash-outs and why can a casino like genesis don't do it... Why it is.... I have no clue... Maybe because casinos want players to cancel their withdrawals..
