However the layout of the site although nice to look at makes the load times quite long and therefore timeouts happen every so often.
This site used to be very good but now its awful.

Customer service is an absolute disgrace. E-mail their customer support via the website and you receive an automated reply stating we will respond to your query in 24/48 hours - 7 days later zero reply. The live chat are well meaning but seem to be absolutely useless in terms of authority/ being able to help.
Can't withdraw via Visa just goes back in my account been waiting 10+ days to resolve so far getting nowhere.
Money still sat in my account, can't withdraw. Shocking. Avoid.

The first welcome bonus attracted me, wager £20 on slots and the £40 bonus will be in our account AUTOMATICALLY. I got nothing after wagering £25 so I contacted the support through live chat (Archie) who apparently could not give me any solution at all. He kept on asking me to wager £20, wager £20 and wager £20 and I told him that's what I had done. I never came across with this kind of customer support service.. So I called the next day and asked for it. After a long explanation and investigation over a simple thing, I got the bonus.

So, I got another email and SMS on different days saying I will get extra £10 if I use the bonuscode slots3. What a calamity! Signed up using a link from askgamblers where I would get 200 spins on gladiator Jackpot once played through £10 on slots.The spins were not automatically credited once I had done the £10 so contacted support. They at first wanted snapshot of the email that I had received "inviting me" with this bonus. Told them that this was through askgamblers where upon they said I should contact askgamblers for them to sort this out.
