Account closed and £39,000 winnings withheld without any further justification

I made 9 withdrawals amounting to 39k. The next day I checked the status of my withdrawal requests and they hade gone from checking to processing stage. So now I have to wait 5-7 working days for my money. In the past I have had no issues with withdrawing funds. One time my withdrawal request was paid into my account within 24 hours. It has now been 2 weeks since my request to withdraw the 39k and now my account has been closed due to a business decision and my winnings are now being withheld for no apparent reason. As a diamond vip player I ecpected to be treated fairly. The vip managers were very helpful but even they can't tell me what is happening as the relevant team don't have to disclose any information to them either please can you help me get some answers or at least a response regarding my account closure and my winnings being withheld. I have posted some of the screenshots taken from when I won the money and some conversations to vip department. Hope this helps

I would also like to add that I deposited over 10k the week prior to my withdrawal requests and at no point was my account frozen then. Its now 3 weeks later and my account has been frozen and funds are still being withheld for no reason whatsoever

Not been paid remaining balance of closed account
My account of about 4 years was unexpectedly closed without explanation almost 3 weeks ago I then received customer services email advising me to submit a copy of my bank statement to confirm details of where they were transferring the balance of £213.36 remaining in my account, which I did so immediately almost a week later I get another email saying I had failed the verification and my account would stay closed and the remaining funds would be in my bank within 2-5 days. After 5 days still nothing in bank and yet another call to customer services now been 6 calls and lost count of how many emails I've sent I was promised it had been processed and the balance would be in my bank account on Friday and again its no its not there on Fiday.... Another call to customer services who emailed the payments dept again and told me I should get a email reply within an hour from them.... And again no nothing no email back and still no funds transferred... I'm losing the will to live its not rocket science why is the balance of £213.36 of my account not been transferred as I was told it would be almost 3 weeks ago and when will it be done? its not the monetary amount its the sheer principle that gala are breech in there own terms and conditions and just messing me about I've never dealt with anything like this and longer it goes on more angry I'm getting about being ignored and told the same repeatedly untrue answer its been processed when it's not. Please can you help me. Thanks

Stuck bonus, poor support
I have received a deposit bonus on the 20th of may. I have played the bonus and some of my money and later withdrawn. Normally a withdrawal cancels any active bonuses and bonus funds. But this did not happen in my case the bonus got stuck onto my account. I have made another deposit of £10 on the 20th of June to participate in another promotion. Imminently with my first spin I won around 50-60 pounds. I played thorough the wagering requirement for the promo got the bonus which was suppose to be 1x. I came back on the 27 of June played a few rounds and decided to withdraw my money. Then i noticed that my money is stuck in bonus funds and my withdraw-able balance is just 8 pounds. I contacted LC about this and was told that I have a bonus from the 20th of May and a wagering of around 600. The way gala bingo bonuses work is that only bonus funds go into bonus funds and real cash always stay real cash so I had a hard time explaining the Live chat operator about my issue which is because of the stuck bonus any winning from my real money go into bonus funds for some reason. LC insisted that i need to wager over 600 so i finally gave up and tried to finish the wagering. I busted out and therefore lost £40 which I intended to withdraw. I was really upset after that therefore I have contacted LC and specifically told them to remove any active bonuses on my account which they told me they did. I few days later on July 01 I have made a deposit of £100. I have made 1 large bet of £50 on money multiplier slot and won 200 made 1 more £50 bet and won nothing. Was going to withdraw my 200 pounds and then the same thing again I have only £50 pounds in my account and the rest 150 is bonus funds. Contacted LC same story have a bonus need to wager another 400 from the same bonus from the 20th of may despite the bonus being more than 30 days old and should have expired by now despite contacting LC and telling them to remove any bonuses on my account despite making withdrawals which should cancel any active bonuses. While waiting for them to resolve this issue I have played a bit more on slots and was lucky again so now I have 550 stuck in my bonus balance. Having already been forced to spend my winnings once on a bonus that's not suppose to be on my account I refused to wager any more. LC was useless so started calling them directly. Finally they admitted that it is a technical error on their behave and that they need there technical team to look into it. Many phone calls later they are still "investigating" this issue and refuse to payout my winning until it is resolved by their technical team who clearly are not interested in this matter at all as the last email received from them was about a month ago. Customer services keeps telling me that the issue is being escalated that they talked to their supervisor and still nothings happening. So now around 8 weeks later after numerous phone calls I am still waiting for them to figure out what happened and why did this happen.
