Not been paid remaining balance of closed account
My account of about 4 years was unexpectedly closed without explanation almost 3 weeks ago I then received customer services email advising me to submit a copy of my bank statement to confirm details of where they were transferring the balance of £213.36 remaining in my account, which I did so immediately almost a week later I get another email saying I had failed the verification and my account would stay closed and the remaining funds would be in my bank within 2-5 days. After 5 days still nothing in bank and yet another call to customer services now been 6 calls and lost count of how many emails I've sent I was promised it had been processed and the balance would be in my bank account on Friday and again its no its not there on Fiday.... Another call to customer services who emailed the payments dept again and told me I should get a email reply within an hour from them.... And again no nothing no email back and still no funds transferred... I'm losing the will to live its not rocket science why is the balance of £213.36 of my account not been transferred as I was told it would be almost 3 weeks ago and when will it be done? its not the monetary amount its the sheer principle that gala are breech in there own terms and conditions and just messing me about I've never dealt with anything like this and longer it goes on more angry I'm getting about being ignored and told the same repeatedly untrue answer its been processed when it's not. Please can you help me. Thanks
