I spoke to Gala bingo's team several times since the 22nd of June 2018, after the game "rainbow riches slingo" froze several times. During each freeze the money I wagered was taken from my account but never betted. Also on one of the wagers I won £175 and this was never credited to me.
Initially I was told the tech team would reply to me within 3 working days. The second agent told me this could actually take 28 working days. I'm now writing this 30 working days later and still have no resolve. My money is not back in my account and I've had no information from gala.
I am a gold member on the site and have even spoken with the VIP customer service agents and this hasn't helped either.

And I'm pretty annoyed now when I've been more than patient. I have never experienced this unprofessionalism on any other online platform.
