Customer support is just incompetent.For a week i had a "technical issue", my bets were disappearing randomly and of course the winnings not credited. I've reported this kind of issue multiple times a day for 8 days straight.... NOTHING!!!!

There are both good and bad things about Fortunejack. The good:
- Great selection of games (slots, live tables etc. )
- There are a fe probably Fair games they have created like Plinko and mines.
- They have a dice platform with a jackpot feature
- They accept different cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals
- They have frequent contests
- They have a fairly new Sportsbook as well

And now most importantly here are the bad:
- Their dice is not truly Probably Fair as they claim it is. Their Provably Fair algorithm does not support the "Nonce" factor which is necessary to ensure every bet made is random. This means that the player would have to change the seed after every bet to maintain a true Provably Fair outcome. However that is unrealistic as no player will go through the trouble to do this and Fortunejack know that. After the first bet all the bets following can be manipulated. Between all there Provably Fair games dice is the only game without a Nonce.

- Another issue with the dice platform on mobile play is the '-' & '+' buttons which are used to add or subtract the bet amount. For whatever reason when I try to push one of these buttons I constantly get my "copy | paste" option that my phone displays similar to when I long press a word to highlight it. I'm guessing it's because it always takes me 3 or 4 tries to actually push the button. Maybe if they were bigger this wouldn't happen.

- There Plinko is also difficult to play on mobile. The major issue is the bet button is located too low on the page. As a result in order to hit the "bet" button I must scoll down on the page resulting in the Plinko pins getting cut off. Therefore to have the vet button and the plinko pins visible at the same time only the last 3 rows of pins are visible. This forces me to hit the button and scroll back up every time I bet so I can watch the balls drop. This is a simple fix by placing the bet button directly below the plinko pins. I would like to clarify I'm. Using a Google Pixel 3 XL so my screen is fairly large

- Another issue is the Live Tables, these can not be played on mobile. When I go to the live tables on mobile and choose a specific table it will proceed to load but instead an error codes pops up.

Access. The site was available and allowed me to bet, so as a basic function. I was able to be there so I give them that. They also a few games that seemed fun but the interface was slowwwww.

Withdrawing cash is tricky and there's not a lot of instructions on how to select an account or wallet. The interface doesn't make sense. I bet on the wrong team by accident. The site is laggy.

Pretty much everything. Promotions they always find a way out of not honoring. Their dice game you cannot verify individual rolls like other sites and if you ever play it you will most likely see why they don't have that feature as many have already pointed out. Has to be the only crypto casino that has a minimum deposit roll over before you can even withdraw your own money on most games. Pretty much everything about this site is horrible including support.

Nothing good to say about Fortunejack, not anymore because they have gone downhill and fast

First off, I started playing here in 2015 and was a loyal player for years. I stopped playing for the most part when they re-designed their website and lost the mobile versions for over a year. Well they got their mobile website back up about 2 weeks ago finally and I was excited but didn't last long.

In the month of March I deposited about 0.15 btc or equivalent of $750. Thoughout the same month I won .04 btc or equivalent $200. So as a result, in total I lost .11 btc or equivalent $550. That program they have, I think they call it a "loyalty program" although I'm not sure why because loyalty isn't in Fortunejacks vocabulary. Well anyways I was about 5% off from qualifing for the 2% Cashback losses they offer as part of the non-loyalty, I mean loyalty program. So I ask for some free spins because I was so close to getting it but didnt and they said no. Shocker!

Nothing changes with them, unless your dropping $10,000 a week they don't care about you. That loyalty program is the worst one I've ever seen and I've played at a lot of casinos. They were better off when they didn't have one at all in my opinion.

On top of that their affiliate program is just as bad as their casino if not, worse. They have so many rules in their T&C's in place so they don't have to pay out any commission affiliates earn. First off, their minimum balance to withdraw affiliate earnings is 0.02 btc. Really? How about there should be a minimum because the money belongs to me for bringing in paying players. Second, they require an affiliate to have at least 7 first depositing players in order to get automatic monthly payments paid out to the affiliate. That's just 2 rules that are in place to limit Fortunejack from paying their affiliatea.

They should take some lessons from some other casinos. Like probably the most popular one I can think of ( rhymes with take) offer total transparency, daily and weekly giveaways, rakeback, any affiliate commissioms earned can be instantly withdrawn no matter the amount, they supercede in so many ways.

I'm so fed up with you Fortunejack, I'm gone for good. Keep my 0.012 btc in affiliate commission and your loyalty program and all the other shady practices you guys do.
