Evospin Casino - Withdrawal Delays and unfair withdrawal restrictions
I am filing this complaint due to ongoing withdrawal delays and inconsistent enforcement of the casino’s own withdrawal limits. Despite legitimate winnings and full verification, the casino has failed to process withdrawals in a timely or predictable manner.

Although the casino claims a €500 daily withdrawal limit, this limit has not been honored in practice, resulting in only €1,500 paid out over 7 days. Meanwhile, I am left with €6,800 in my balance and €500 pending, with no reliable timeline for withdrawal of my funds.

I am requesting third-party mediation to ensure the casino either:
- Processes withdrawals consistently according to its stated rules, including backfilling the €2k that were not paid out this week (1.5k vs 3.5k expected over a week)
OR
-Allows a reasonable withdrawal limit so legitimate winnings can be paid without unnecessary delay.

Timeline & Facts
January 2nd:
I deposited approximately €700 total, using the casino’s “High Roller Welcome Pack” bonuses.
These bonuses explicitly allow bets of up to €25 per spin. In over 5 years of playing in Curaçao licensed casinos, it is the first time I'm faced with a site that limits payouts to €500 per day.

January 2nd:
After a lucky streak, I accumulated winnings, verified my profile and requested a €5,000 withdrawal.

January 5th:
This was the first time the casino responded, informing me of a €500 daily withdrawal limit.
While this limit is mentioned in the site's T&Cs, the high bet limit among other factors (including Bets Entertainment N.V. being a reputable operator) led me to believe I would be welcome as a player that usually loses & wins big.

As of today (7 days after initial withdrawal request):
- I have only received €1,500 paid out total
- €500 is currently pending
- €6,800 remains in my balance

Withdrawal requests are not processed daily, despite the stated €500/day limit. Even since Jan 3rd I have only received 3 withdrawals in nearly 6 days. I would like to add that the casino's customer service has been excellent and super responsive. It's only the lack of timely withdrawals and the low withdrawal limit that are the cause of this complaint.

Whenever I looked for a new casino to play at, I would always look at who the casino owner is, the game providers list, the available deposit and withdrawal options, and including the welcome bonuses as well. If one item is not available, or not to my liking, I may not sign up at the casino at all, depending on what item is missing.

Evospin Casino has all the right ingredients to make me sign up. A good and reliable owner, a good list of game providers, Skrill is available for both deposits and withdrawals, and the first deposit welcome bonus is okay as well. A 100% deposit bonus plus 100 free spins is actually nothing outstanding at all, more of a standard offering these days, but the availability of Skrill was the main factor for my signing up. I don’t use any credit cards, I don’t use any other e-wallets and I cannot use bank transfers either, so if there’s no Skrill, there would be no play from me either.

One strange thing about Evospin’s welcome bonus is the higher minimum deposit required to claim the bonus...30 USD/EUR instead of the usual 20 USD/EUR. 10 USD/EUR more may not make any difference to most gamblers, but to me, every dollar counts, because I don’t have much funds to simply throw around. There must always be a good reason before I would dish it out. In this case with Evospin, I simply closed one eye and make the deposit! Hahaha.

I have no complaints at all regarding the choice of games to play on, and the restricted games did not matter much to me either. Whichever games that I had wanted to play on were all available. I usually don’t play on many different games, or games from different providers, so I tend to stick to my few favourite ones all the time. So, what are my favourites, you may be asking? It’s Playtech, Gamomat and PlaynGo. All others are not that important to me, but I do play some of them occasionally, or whenever required to do so.

There was only one thing that disappointed me a lot with Evospin Casino. The game Carnaval Forever was somehow a restricted game for my country, so I couldn’t play it. The Live Chat host then substituted the 100 free spins on Carnaval Forever, a 10 lines game, to Lucky Sweets game, a 5 lines game, so I actually got only 50 free spins worth, not 100! My complaint to the Live Chat host only got me a “sorry sir, that’s the only alternative game we can give’, so that very disappointing. Anyway, I don’t think I would be playing at Evospin Casino ever again!

I love that Evospin is updated with the latest games released from the top game providers. The bonuses stay the same, however, regardless of what new content arrives. The tournament is kind of fun but it's usually the same categories for forever.

Games are great but the casino has little to offer for long-term playing. There is the VIP bonus but it's not a massive reward. You just get extra new coins per milestone. You either reach the end and get nothing anymore or that you end up feeling stuck between two milestones because it takes so long to reach its requirement.

I like my personal manager Oleyla at Evospin casino. She is a very helping hand and is always available and helps me with my issues very fast. She feels really personal and not only trying to make you loose money.

The withdrawal limits are really bad for big players. They have the same limits for all players no matter how much time and money you spend and deposit. They have only limits when you want to make withdrawals but no limits when you make deposits. And the verification process takes long time.
