What I like about Energy Casino is that there are a lot of games that they have. The site is also neat so I had no issues in finding what I want to play. I also appreciate how they have a lot of progressive slots as well.

I do have a problem with withdrawal requests, due to the fact that it take days for it to be processed, adding to that there is also withdrawal fees to it.

I always got problen with a withdraw, it take very long time (there you cam canceled withdraw after 2 days for example ) sometimes the games disconnected you for nothing etc.

First of all, I like how it's a legit site. They have lots of impressive slot game titles on their roster and that's actually pretty cool. The site is easy to navigate and not that cluttered. Seems fine.

Would've been better if they have more live game options. Personally, I love table games and I'm not satisfied with the limited choices that they have on their site. Also, their chat support is not that supportive. Really needs improvement on that part.

There is no help from the customer in customer service, shake off the man with a template text.

If you are loyal they give you a bonus or they did it but from some time they are saying you can get only one bonus per week. This is very bad. I deposit 500$ and ask for a loyalty, bonus becomes 20$. Next day I deposit again 800$ and ask for spins or bonus and they say it’s only possible to get one bonus per week. This made me to play now at other casinos where they know what a loyal player is! I hope they gonna be better again and get back to normal or be better because I really loved EnergyCasino

This casino was a distant 2nd as my go to casino when the wonderful trada was at its peak. No need to say anymore about what happened there. I came to Energy after the nightmare that happened when Trada casino moved to Aspire and an askgamblers reviewer mentioned Energy as a good alternative for disgruntled Trada players (there are a lot of us!). Anyway he wasnt wrong they are just as speedy and efficient as Trada used to be with pay outs and customer services (withdrew on card at 10am this morning in my account by 1pm and that includes a card validation processed!!!!).

At first I thought they might not have all the games I used to play but cant think of any now they dont have.

I remember stumbling across this casino back in the day but not bothering to sign up as I didn’t recognize and of the games … looking back I now understand it’s because they only offered Novomatic games back at that point (thanks to the other reviewers for that bit of information), but it seems they continued adding various different providers to their library over the years until they reached the point they are at now.

When I received an offer for a £5 no deposit bonus a couple of years back I figured the time was right now to give them a go, but it did frustrate me a little that unlike most other casinos I was unable to play immediately after signing up, my account was locked pending verification, and I also had to e-mail support in order to get the no deposit free chip added manually as well.. it all seemed like quite a lot of effort and whilst I do believe the no deposit was eventually added to my account, I didn’t actually end up playing it before it expired due to all the messing around!

Whilst that sounds negative, I did eventually have a great session playing at Energy, claiming the 100% deposit match bonus they offer. The terms and conditions were reasonably fair, with the usual annoying prohibited games and such, but wagering wasn’t too bad and there were no particularly predatory rules as far as I could tell from the terms and conditions.

I did eventually end up making a withdrawal and with my account already verified upon opening I had no issues getting my withdrawal back to Skrill in under five minutes flat. That’s always nice, but many casinos don’t allow you to receive bonuses when depositing via e-wallets these days so I was pleased to find no such limitations at Energy casino.
