Not all slots always work. There are some minor bugs in the functionality that I hope will be fixed soon. But in general, everything works nice, really convenient!!!

The casino has fast payouts. Energy Casino was my favorite top casino. I only played here. My deposits were from 1000$ to 5000$ per month. Live support is very good and helpful.
The casino is sadly going downwards. Why? They had a bonus every Monday and it was super now they changed it and bound it to a specific slot. The next they lowered the rtp on playandgo slots. If you are loyal they give you a bonus or they did it but from some time they are saying you can get only one bonus per week. This is very bad. I deposit 500$ and ask for a loyalty, bonus becomes 20$. Next day I deposit again 800$ and ask for spins or bonus and they say it’s only possible to get one bonus per week. This made me to play now at other casinos where they know what a loyal player is! I hope they gonna be better again and get back to normal or be better because I really loved EnergyCasino

This casino was a distant 2nd as my go to casino when the wonderful trada was at its peak. No need to say anymore about what happened there. I remember saying awhile back in a review that energy was a brilliant alternative and it really is. Top class live chat, withdrawals, and over all play value. I don't write many reviews anymore but thought I would give a shout to in my view king of crop now trada is well....

I came to Energy after the nightmare that happened when Trada casino moved to Aspire and an askgamblers reviewer mentioned Energy as a good alternative for disgruntled Trada players (there are a lot of us!). Anyway he wasnt wrong they are just as speedy and efficient as Trada used to be with pay outs and customer services (withdrew on card at 10am this morning in my account by 1pm and that includes a card validation processed!!!!).
At first I thought they might not have all the games I used to play but cant think of any now they dont have.
Nothing much I dont like about Energy they are everything trada USED to be!! Just hope this lot dont get taken over by Aspire too :-0!

I remember stumbling across this casino back in the day but not bothering to sign up as I didn’t recognize and of the games … looking back I now understand it’s because they only offered Novomatic games back at that point (thanks to the other reviewers for that bit of information), but it seems they continued adding various different providers to their library over the years until they reached the point they are at now.
When I received an offer for a £5 no deposit bonus a couple of years back I figured the time was right now to give them a go, but it did frustrate me a little that unlike most other casinos I was unable to play immediately after signing up, my account was locked pending verification, and I also had to e-mail support in order to get the no deposit free chip added manually as well.. it all seemed like quite a lot of effort and whilst I do believe the no deposit was eventually added to my account, I didn’t actually end up playing it before it expired due to all the messing around!
Whilst that sounds negative, I did eventually have a great session playing at Energy, claiming the 100% deposit match bonus they offer. The terms and conditions were reasonably fair, with the usual annoying prohibited games and such, but wagering wasn’t too bad and there were no particularly predatory rules as far as I could tell from the terms and conditions.
I did eventually end up making a withdrawal and with my account already verified upon opening I had no issues getting my withdrawal back to Skrill in under five minutes flat. That’s always nice, but many casinos don’t allow you to receive bonuses when depositing via e-wallets these days so I was pleased to find no such limitations at Energy casino.
The casino looks better than ever these days, really high quality presentation, the games run well, and support is excellent when I’ve needed them too. It would be nice if they offered a few more extra promotions for depositing players, but I wouldn’t say they are a great deal tighter than the majority of casinos are at the moment!
In energy casino was time around 2 weeks with out Wazdan games which I like so much and I was really disappointed :(

I played for a while and after winning £1500 requested a withdrawal. After this one win I found my account blocked. I was then contacted by their team via email to say that my withdraw was processed but they looked at my account and felt like they should shut it from my game play. This is an absolute joke. i am so dislike when energy staff really don't understand this job. Energy Casino has not the most original, but rather pleasant, as for me, design and a very convenient site structure. Perhaps, someone will seem the design of some pages too many colors, but overall, the casino creates a very positive first impression and makes you want to continue playing with them. Great casino with a variety of games that gives plenty of bonuses . Withdraws to visa are quick, especially after submitting ID. I have never had a negative experience here and 90% of my casino play is on this site.

I like the interface and variety in games. But nothing special. I would say an average casino.
The deposit and withdrawal methods are very limited in Canada at least, and I have to pay the exchange rate too. Cause they payout in Euro, and my bank charges me a service charge, so I lose almost 40 dollar in each withdrawal on average.

I was testing the withdrawal time, the withdrawals before midnight was transferred within 15min so 10/10!
Did a withdrawal after midnight and it’s still pending. So if your playing during daytime this this the place to be. If you like gambling late this is 90% the place to be. Has almost all the providers and an awesome sport betting site.
