The verification process was a little annoying... They wanted things that didn't exist. The website is an adapted version of the N1 software, which is used on all the N1 affiliated casinos so basically nothing new here, everything works well and smooth.
The support (staff) is unfortunately next to useless and bordering on rude. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions in which the extended waiting times lingered (>5 min). They have a scripted answer base that they conjure up left, right, and center. There is no or very little "real interaction" with chat support. Suffice to say that on all occasions Duxcasino support did not resolve my issue.
They also promised to get back to me by email, they did not. When I inquired about my issue over chat I was answered in the same standard responses as before. Certainly, an item that is up for improvement.
