A good bonus policy, the bonus on the third Deposit specified is not correct! Pay attention to it

Hi all. This casino strongly delays the payments to its players.
I'm just amazed at the incompetence of the support.
Withdrawal to e-wallets 72 hours!!! Where have you seen this yet?
Although online registration is written in 12 hours! It says 24 hours
I was just in shock from this casino! Waited almost a day until I confirm the documents, asked a lot of photos!

I registered to the site and deposited $200 to claim my $200 welcome bonus. The transaction was approved. However, my balance remained at $0.00. I contacted support and received a somewhat rude rep who told me that I need to send a scan of my passport and utility bill before they can credit the amount to my account? WTF? Is this even allowed? I am not trying to withdraw anything, I just want to gamble away my $200 to their site. I sent my documents 2 minutes later while still on chat and asked if they could credit my deposit. She informed me that this could take 1-3 days. So I create an account, deposit, and it took 3 days before I could actually access the money in my account.

Furthermore, only 2 of the 15+ game providers actually allowed me to play with my bonus funds. However, they don't have a "sort by provider" option for mobile (because this is the worst online casino on the internet) so you would have to run the game and then see if you had a playable balance or not.

This was the first time I was happy to lose my entire balance so I could get rid of this site and never, EVER come back.

Please, everyone, for the love of God, please stay away from dudubet casino! I still am trying to figure out of this entire "dudubet" name is a joke.

First let me just say that this casino is well deserving of its 6 stars. The customer service has always been awesome for me with any little issue or inquiry I've had. Keep it up!!

I'm from US and there isn't an option in "countries " for US. Maybe I'm overlooking something but, there are a few site that say US welcome and when I get there I'm not able too register.
