DuduBet Casino is one of the newest online casino. I joined at their website just a couple of days ago while I was looking for some new casinos which has in their game selection NetEnt software. I came to this one while I was browsing through Askgamblers website.
After I created account there I was ready to make deposit. At the beginning I opened their website promotion where I saw that I can get 100% match deposit bonus up to 300€. After I made deposit the bonus was not credited. I went into my account profile, under bonus menu where I saw that I could claim 100% match deposit bonus. I clicked on claim button and after that I got the message to make deposit. I though the bonus will be credited automatically or that I could activate it under my profile like at some other casinos.
But here all is different. First you need to select the bonus and after that you can make deposit to get those bonuses. I really didn't know that and I missed this description under promotion website. Since I made deposit because of that bonus I decided to contact support. I wrote them email about my problem, issue but I never got any reply from them. Not in 24 hours, 48 hours… nothing at all. And because of that I decided to play with my own money only. I started to play Dead or Alive, but it was completely dead. I never got any decent win from it and I lost the money pretty fast.
Otherwise I had bad experience with DuduBet casino and I am sure I will not play again here. Mostly because of support. When I have some issues regarding to the bonuses, I want a fast response from their stuff. But here I didn't received anything from them. So yeah because of that I will rate them with 4 stars.
