Nothing I got my free spins etc but when I went to deposit they took £200 not £10 which I put they can’t even reply to messages live chat never works either

I made a £10 deposit but they took £200 out of my bank I withdrew it straight away now they won’t give it me back because I don’t have all the id they want I’ve messaged them thousands of time and getting nothing back it’s been 4 days and now I’ve got no money to pay my rent or look after my 2 small children I’m fuming and extremely stressed

I made a win on my bonus money 30 quid .... live chat worked fine before I had won ... Now though now its like the site doesn't have someone running it. It's a place for people who wanna pay to play but if you want ya winnings go somewhere else they aren't paying.

Rip offs full blown time wasters can't wait till they get took down. Is a no go do no use this site!

Nothing!!!! I have nothing positive at all to say only if you want to throw your cash away this is the perfect place to do it!!!!

The fact I was sent two emails for a deposit bonus if I use the code SPINS I did so and did not receive the bonus as stated there is no live chat/help there is an email section quoting your query will be dealt with within 24 hours !!! they did not so I phoned the freephone number explained the circumstances and she replayed I can not see the promotion you are talking about please forward us the email (which you can not) its a nonereply email I asked her why should I have to do this its you who have sent me the email You should find that out on your part to which she replyed it takes her 72 hours to get a reply from promotions team???? what kind of circus are they running here no communication between themselves let alone the customer I'm not happy and I will not be depositing here again.
