There is something real dodgy about this place, I’d decided that within moments of starting to look around their website, but I’d found a no deposit bonus promotion being advertised elsewhere so figured I would give them a try anyway. Anyway, I managed to hit a little win with my no deposit free spins, but needed to make a deposit of course before I could think about withdrawing my supposed good fortune. My first deposit got me a spin on their “Mega Wheel” which has a range of prizes including free spins and, as they seem to love pointing out, Amazon vouchers too, but of course all I ended up hitting was 10 free spins on Gonzo… I suppose it could have been worse, the terms and conditions state you can actually win nothing, although I don’t recall seeing any blank sections on the wheel itself.
And this is where it gets really dodgy…. I hit a bonus round on Gonzo after a few spins, and ended up hitting a win of around £45… however, I was later informed that the maximum win allowed from ten spins was infact just £8, and then the 65x wager requirement that was attached to the £8 was also applied to my existing balance, despite the fact I had already beaten the wager requirement for the no deposit bonus once.
I tried to deal with this by talking with support but basically got nowhere, I’m not sure if they truly didn’t understand the whole mess – I wouldn’t be surprised, with how convoluted their terms and conditions are – or if it was just a blatant attempt to keep my winnings. Either way, I didn’t feel too aggrieved – I’d only dropped £10 in the casino and if this is how they treat their new players I’m glad I found out now so I can stay well away from their huge catalogue of shill brands.
