Difficult to find something positive to say, maybe the variety of slots and the rapidity of withdraws but they are very rare so I think that's why it's fast.

The only thing I think I could see improvement for is more blackjack tables at the $5 level. Casumo is from the first 5 casinos I joined when I started slotting. I think I joined them sometime in 2015 if I am not mistaken. That time they offered 200% bonus and 180 free spins. Yes, I joined them and took 20 no deposit spins on Starbust I think they add signup bonus on Book of dead now.
A rating of 10 is extremely exceptional and never thought I would have seen Casumo achieved this, in fact I did not think any casino would be able to reach 10 starts on AG. Really - not much! If I had to pick something it would be the account verification process! Boo! I verified my account a couple weeks ago and all was fine until my 2nd/3rd cashout yesterday - they required further confirmation that I am the bank account and debit card owner before processing my 3rd-6th cashouts. I completely understand this, but the original documents I used to verify ID were my account statement that showed all those details. Regardless, I supplied the documents requested and then the verification and payout confirmations went through in about 18ish hours... still, its a delay compared to the first payout which sucks, but still overall a very fast process.
One thing I would like to see added in the future is a way to favourite games for easier searching.

Submitted a complaint and was promised a answer at 20th December at the latest. Still haven't got an answer and they won't give me a time frame or an answer. It's not okey to delay for this time without a reasonable explanation for why they haven't resolved in time.
