Page 11 – Player Reviews for Casumo Casino

Casumo is absolutely one of my favorite sites to play at. There's a wide variety of reasons for this, one of the big ones is the design of the site itself, and how the adventure aspect plays into your slot playing. Navigating the site is easy, searching for the slots you want to play is also a breeze, as is depositing and withdrawing. The design is so well thought-out, and as a player that is something I truly appreciate. :)

Additionally, I appreciate the wide variety of slots that you can play at Casumo. They're one of the very, very few reliable sites where I as a Swede can play Novomatic games. And they also have WMS, Thunderkick, NetEnt... what else could you want except from some Microgaming (which is coming soon, or so I've heard). The support is also great, available 24/7 in a lot of languages.

Overall, great site. Well worth depositing at. :)

The only real issue that I have with Casumo is that the bonuses are not always that great. I especially dislike the randomness element of receiving bonuses - rather than getting something every time you level up, you only have a *chance* of getting something when you level up. And the things you get aren't always that great. You'll most of the time end up with something like 10 spins on Starburst, which you wagered hundreds of euros to be rewarded with.

Furthermore, the way bonuses are separated based on your level is quite strange. While it is a logical concept, the fact that you have to wager thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of euros just to get a 10% higher deposit bonus (on the few occasions when you do get one) doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Either make the distance between tiers smaller, or make it easier to level up.

TheCasumo casino rep replied to my review without 1st actually looking at what I stated in the thread, checked for themselves the playline rules and questioned the ability of their own support staff to identify an issue and rectify before it got too this level.

The ignorance and self promotion listed above instead of offering genuine assistance.
Be careful gamblers, let the casino speak for itself, not what a rep tells you.
Look out for my complaint Casumo. We want to see the true colors come out then.

Extensive game selection, friendly support staff.
WMS games and several other software's available for Australian players that are usually blocked by many other casinos.

After a promising start when 1st visiting Casumo, my experience went downhill very quickly.

Not Aussie friendly, can't play in $AUD and 30% loss in deposits for currency conversion.
Was charged an additional depositing fee of 2.5% per deposit for using debit card.

Less, lower, bonus offers than players from other countries.
Friends from other countries were given double of same promo offer!

Poor response for query on unpaid winnings on winning play lines during a free game bonus feature on Zeus III. I was informed after waiting 10 days that "There wasn't a way to determine the final result of the alleged game round" for this frozen bonus spin:

http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/4791-any-idea-what-this-spin-should-have-paid/?p=56867

I was given 13 free spins on another slot game (2.60 in value) as a consolation

I don't believe I got a good run for my money at this Casino.
37% return to player for less than 20hrs of gameplay.
Overall return per $1 AUD was $0.64
2 deposit bonuses awarded in 14 funding transactions
8 free spin bonuses awarded ranging from 3 to 20 spins
$900 AUD/ 620EUR actual CASH loss.
Confusing, unrewarding promotions. Newbie unfriendly.

Very disappointed with you casumo.com, and I wont forget the unpaid bonus round winnings either!

Says on here that the site accepts Canadian players, but doesn't look like it to me as there's no option for Canada when signing up.

Casumo casino it is great and nice looking website. They have good bonus system, you just need to click valuable at website while login in and your freespins is credited. Not sure why I describe this process, probably because I am really like how this website looks, and how things going here.

Casino offers games from Netent, also they added Thunderkick games that I did not like, and not so long ago they add few Novomatic games, including: Drum Roll - Book of Ra and Lord of the Ocean, super popular Novomatic games which I am crazy to play.

Customer support is great one, their live chat is super friendly, and they not usual guys and girls. Few times I have a question they reply me with a lot of creative and a lot of jokes, this is really pleasure to contact live chat here, awesome people working there and of course I am happy with them a lot!

Bonuses and freespins are often, but they depend on player level and on which belt player have. Better your level - better bonuses and promotions are created for you. My offers is something like 30-50% bonuses and 5-15 freespins, never higher, but I am happy even with that, I get similar in many other casinos.

Unfortunately I have only one withdrawal, and it was paid without documents within 10 minutes. I request withdrawal and move to kitchen to make coffee as it was late night. I open live chat to ask did they need docs, and when they process withdrawal. Agent told me that he will check, and then reply that withdrawal processed, and it was real truth.

Overall it is great online casino. Everything is perfect, and if only bonus can be a bit better and higher. I rate casino with 9 stars, it is still have something to do better, but generally they deserve 10 without problems.

Please offer a bit better bonuses.

Casumo casino has quite a wide variety of bonuses and free spins for new players. Their welcome bonus was offered immediately to me after I was made an account there. Min. deposit in order to take this bonus was only 10 euros. 10 euros are not a lot of money and I decided for a deposit and take the bonus. Wagering requirements for this bonus were 25 x deposit + bonus. I think this is okay and it's a good bonus offer from the casino. With this bonus there are no free spins but during the game when I played from time to time I received some free spins. I got 2 times x 3 free spins on the slot game Starburst. Then I got 4 free spins for the same game and once again 3 free spins on Lights slot game.

So even though I started with only 20 euros I played for hours and had a good time. The fun would be even better if I had withdrawal at the end. But I'm not complaining for that I have lost only 10 euros and spent a few hours enjoying great NetEnt games. Esqueleto-Explosivo was the first game that I chose. A really fun game that I played for more than one hour. I got the impression that this is a good game which you can choose to fulfill WR. After more than an hour of playing and hundreds of spins my balance ranged between 14 and 30 euros. In the end, when I moved to a game called Starburst I was on the starting 20 euros but I have fulfilled a good part of the WR. Starburst is a game where I used to have some big wins earlier, but this time it was not like that and here after a short time I lost half of the money. To cut this short, this bonus is a good bonus offer and I certainly advise you to register here and of course to take this bonus.

When I found out about this casino, was a bad day for me because I lost some serious money on sports betting and with only 11 euro in my Skrill account I was searching for a casino that has 10 euro the minimum deposit amount and also offers a welcome bonus! I saw that this casino has NetEnt games and I decided to create my account and to play here. I made a deposit of 11 euro, my last money that I had and I received another 11 euro bonus with only 25 x wagering requirements.

The 25 x requirements were decent in my opinion but my account balance was too small and I thought that I won’t be able to win some money. I triggered the free spins feature while I was playing Wild Water slot, I managed to win 17 euro from this feature and I thought that changing the game will give me more chances to complete the wagering requirements! But as usual, my brother advised to keep playing this game, he was right because a couple of minutes later I triggered again the free spins feature that gave me a nice win of 36 euro! When my account balance reached 65 euro, I decided to stop paying and to request a withdrawal because I know how it happens when you want to win more, you will end up by losing the money. It was an interesting experience playing at this casino, I was lucky and I made profit here!
I will give a 9 for the slot games, I like NetEnt slots and although they have other providers, I didn’t try the other games!

The payment methods are good in my opinion, I will give a 9 because they have only 10 euro the minimum deposit! Regarding the welcome bonus I want to say that is good enough, you can’t ask for more, so I will give a 9!

I have nothing bad to say about this casino!

Are Russia accepted yes or no. I have an account and they closed this while I live in Russia now.

Casumo casino has nice game providers - Thunderkick (I'm starting to like it a lot), Netent (one of my favorites) and Green Tube which I hardly know anything about. I also really like the look of their casino page, everything about them seemed fresh and exciting and that's why I signed up there last month.

I have to admit they have the coolest website I've seen so far. It seems like a blog, something you don't usually see, so it was an eye candy for me. I decided to make a 20€ deposit and took their promo, with 20 free spins on Starburst. I didn't have any problems with redeeming the bonus and making deposit, so that was pleasant.

First I played free spins and they gave me 2€ win, then I went to play Wonky Wabbit. I placed 0.30€ bets per spin and played 50 autospins. I don't know what is it about this game, but even when I'm not winning, I'm having amazing time there. Few times when wild symbol appeared, it gave me 1.65€ wins or a bit more, once 6.90€, but so far I haven't got any spectacular win at this game, and this wasn't that time too. After the autoplay ended I continued to play this game, but eventually my balance went under 10€ and then I switched to Attraction. I've played it many times but it still treats me bad. I decided to play it with 0.10€ bets per spin and placed 100 autospins. I have to say I was a bit surprised by the fact that 3 times I got many wilds with re-spins, each time giving me 3€ or 4€ wins, so when the autospins ended, I increased my bet to 0.20€ and played it for a long time, but unfortunately nothing more than few 2€ wins came and eventually my balance got empty. But I am starting to believe this game has potential to bring me some wins in the close future.

Overall I really, really like this casino. Their selection of games perfectly fits my taste, the look of casino too. I also like that they are so festive and interesting, and even though I didn't participate in their contest this year, I think it's amazing that they give you missions to fulfill that might give you some real presents, such as ipad. Although I didn't have any luck with my deposit this time, I will definitely play there often, I was pleased with everything. Recommend 100%!

Casumo Casino is a casino run by NetEnt software. This is one of the latest casinos I joined. I remember that I was searching for a casino where I could make a 10 euros deposit and take some welcome bonus. Beside all that I was also searching for a casino that is safe and reliable. This casino is graded good here at AG and I also found a date that the payouts here were within 24 hours. This is why Casumo managed to meet my criteria and more.

After I made a deposit here the bonus money was instantly added to my account. I didn't manage to make a withdrawal here but in the end I enjoyed for several hours in the casino games. The first game I chose was Esqueleto-explosivo. This is a really fantastic game in which I enjoyed over an hour. I will also mention that during the time I played I got free spins from time to time. I think that this casino awards its players randomly. I liked that very much. After this game I tried Starbust. After Starburst I moved on to Gonzo's Quest. I had two fantastic wins here. But after these wins I raised my bet and lost a good deal of my money I had won previously. I didn't check but I think that I managed to meet the wager requirements and continued playing until I lost all of my money.

So far that has been my experience with Casumo Casino. I didn't need to contact their live chat support. No matter what I believe that this is a safe casino where you will be paid without any problems. I recommend this casino to everyone and I will come back here in case there is some good bonus offer by the casino. One thing I didn't like here was that I noticed a lot of the bonuses aren't available to players from my country.

This is my review from the Casumo casino. I love the Netent video slots so I tried many Netent powered casinos, the reason why I signed up to the Casumo casino was their new player welcome bonus. On many Netent casinos the Hungarian players are restricted from the bonuses even it is a deposit match offer. So when I wanted to play with some deposit bonus I found the Casumo casino. I visited their home page and checked the terms and conditions because I wanted to be sure I will get my match bonus if I make a deposit. They offered three kind of bonus, I can choose from free spins, higher match bonus and the mix of them. I decided to take the 50 percentages match bonus and the five free spins.

I created my account and after I finished it I went to the cashier and deposited 20 euro. The match bonus was instantly on my account so I can start to play with 30 euro with the twenty five time wagering requirement. The 750 euro play through was a little bit scary for me but at least it wasn’t thousands. I started to play on the Gonzos Quest with 40 cent bets because I didn’t want to risk with higher stakes. In this video slot I lost the half of my deposit so before I lost everything I left it with 13 euro. I decided to play with the Magic Portals at the minimum bet. That was a good idea because I get the free spin feature really soon. An half hour later I had 63 euro but my turn over was lot. I raised the bet to 1 euro and kept playing here.

Successfully I have been able to complete the wagering and I made a cash out from 100 euro. I know it wasn’t a big amount but I think a 80 euro profit is better then nothing.

Casumo Casino is powered by NetEnt. Thunderkick which you can see next to the software is actually the game maker based in Stockholm and when I checked their page I actually realized where the funny and sweet look of Casumo's website comes from. It’s because I feel like a kid and that is the reason why I liked how this casino looks like. Any kid would love it and it is so much different from most of the other casinos. Casumo's name has been mentioned so many times at our AG forum, and I had no doubts before depositing here and had no need to ask anyone if that is the right place to deposit.

Simply, I wanted to try Casumo but unfortunately I made a huge mistake. I didn't claim their welcome bonus which is 50 dollars on a min. deposit of 10 dollars. Wager 25 x bonus is so fair, but as I rushed into it, like in many other things, I have made a mistake which doesn't mean that I regret, simply I wish I had more money to play with. With the 16 euros that I had deposited I had lot of fun, I tried some games, including Wish Master and looking after his magic carpet and wild symbols firing my screen as I saw in our ' winner screenshots ' thread. After the first deposit I received free spins, and it was for Barber Shop, where I had so much fun and I am glad that one of our members with who I had lot of fun on our forum, later tried this game and I think he got some decent wins. Now, after depositing for the second time I reached level 7 and under valuables you will find your free spins, which you can keep receiving after each deposit.

I know that they are fair, they have professional and friendly live chat, I played Lights, Gonzo's Quest, Flowers and many other games and for sure, I will remain a depositor here and next time I want to receive a nice bonus and claim it. For a casino that was established back in 2012 and is quite new in the gambling industry, I am glad to see them holding on to their reputation. Keep up the good work Casumo ;)

Casumo would have to be one of my favorite casinos coz they have a unique loyalty program where u have different belts like in karate where the more achievements u accomplish & the more trophies u get will reward u in getting a higher colored belt. U get rewarded free spins in the valuables section which is not hard to get so long as u are accomplishing simple tasks.

The site just recently added Thunderkick software so they have been giving out a lot of free spins on various Thunderkick games and it’s not just 5-10 free spins but around 30 free spins each time... May be different depending on how active u r at depositing??

I won quite a bit from the Thunderkick free games too.... $20+ on 30 free spins of explosion slot.

Normally they will give at least 10 free spins each time which is a lot better than other sites considering that these free spins are offered at least once a week as long as u an active depositing player.

I haven’t had to contact the live support team coz I never had problem claiming any of the free spins or extra deposit bonuses that they offer frequently coz it’s so easy to claim it in the valuables section.

One of the only few things I dun like is that I can’t play in usd or my currency of aud.

The only other thing I dun like is that if u gets offered free spins, they are only avail to play that day and I dun check my emails everyday so I have missed out on the free spins numerous times.

However I am given free spins on a frequent basis so it’s not much of a big deal when I miss out coz I will get free spins offered again within next few days...usually 3 days.

This casino is from the Netent and I really do not understand the meaning of Casumo and all I cared about is that it is affiliated by the Netent so I need not worry about a single thing because for me there are only 3 software preference Netent, Microgaming and Playtech .

What I liked about this casino is their bonuses which you can claim at different levels of games. They have a lot of free spins and a very nice welcome which is the 100% match up for the first deposit. But I noticed something in this casinos slot games that free spins do not pay as much money as when you play with your real money and I got a lot free spins and he highest they could pay me was 7 or 10 euros max. I don’t know why this was happening with me. And later I also realized that they had no deposit spins for some specific and I regretted not checking everything before joining because you do not wanna miss out on an offer like that. Elements and Gonzos Quest were my favorite slots from this casino as they combined paid me more than 50 euros. They have a very large variety of games.

What I liked the most about this casino is the support staff and the withdrawal process which genuinely took no time at all ad I was very impressed by that. Could have used some really nice table ad card games. Because I cannot play slots all the time as I gets very boring because there is no mental engagement and you are just waiting to get lucky. I managed to withdraw 110 euros from this casino and trust me when I say this that I had gotten that moment within just a couple of hours. I really liked Casumo casino and would rate them 9 out of 10.

Casumo casino is simple at first look, because they had only Netent games. But their website is look really cool, and also they had interesting bonus structure with level and achievements, for certain level I can get freespins, for example when I achieve 5 level I was awarded 10 free spins on Jack Hammer slot, and on 10 level they give me 20 freespins on Starburst. Also casino usually has promotions on which players can win gadgets from apple, but I never take part because I generally did not have any chances. Also around once per month I get some freespins from them, and this is only after one my deposit.

I played at Casumo only with my first deposit, which was 30 euros with their 100% bonus + 30 freespins. That was in 2013, and I really enjoyed casino with my first deposit, because site looks really great, and this is candy for my eyes to visit it. I played bunch of Netent games, but spend most time on Evolition and Lucky Angler, two very beautiful Netent games. I did not manage to beat bonus and finish with zero. But when South Park game was released, I get 15 freespins on it, freespins paid me 5 euros only, but I continue playing at get Kenny feature, my Kenny survive till the end, and I won 40 euros. I was able to clear freespins on this game, and request withdrawal 50 euros on Skrill, which was paid within two hours without asking docs. I did not make more deposits because bonuses which they offer to me are low - 20-30%, it is not enough for me.

I rate Casumo casino with 9 stars, nice looking casino with interesting bonus structure. Withdrawals are also fast, and seem that this is good casino to play Netent games. I am sure this is safe casino and I suggest trying it.

New here at AskGamblers so this will be my first review. Recently joined Casumo. As a Swedish I love NetEnt casino (what a surprise). Casumo strikes you with something new and cool, but if you ask me its just to childish.

I can imagine a lot of people might like it (mostly females). The platform is solid and I have not experienced any major issues. What I can be negative is about their customers service answering times. Did not use them maybe more then 3-4 times but waiting more then 5 minutes each time is too much when all is supposed to be live.

I would rate them with a 7! Good game selection, quick verification but a bit childish design and slow customer supports takes down my rate.

My favorite Netent gaming Casinos I love them all. t Casumo Casino I start playing before 3 months ago when they were offering free spins on Startburst, so 10 free spins without deposit just when you sign up, so I did. From those free spins I only got 1.25 euros so with this money on my balance I proceed to play Starburst slot. Because I really like that slot I guess that slot likes me I managed those 1.25 euros to turn in 7 euros then. After a while I changed the game and played Gonzo Quest, well here Gonzo has let me down because I did lost those 7 euros so next step was to make an deposit here.

Before I did deposit I did research the Casumo page what they offer, so I didn’t like theirs offer only 50% on deposit that was not good at all, and they were not offering no free spins either, but when I looked at their site I really liked about their achievements, valuables and trophies I really start to like that site.

So I deposited 20 euros without bonus and start playing well of course Starburst my first love slot on Netent gaming. I did play for half an hour so from those 20 euros I lost a bit and left me 13 euros. So I stop playing, I thought tomorrow maybe I will have better luck and of course to grab one free reward from them of the activity page if you play 3 days in a row they award you with free spins I think. The next day I start playing again and played Elements slot, well I don’t know why did I opened that game it never brings me luck I guess so I lost all the money.

Since then I didn’t make another deposit but still from time to time I am getting free spins from them. I like this casino like the achievement site so I guess I will deposit there in the near future. The chat support are nice and friendly so I guess I will rate them 7/10 just because they didn’t offer to all players same bonuses, well that depends from what country are you from.

I signed up a few months ago because I was on a holiday and was searching for a nice mobile casino to play on my Apple Iphone. I must say that, although the first deposit bonus was no big deal (If I remember well it was a standard 100 % deposit bonus) I was very attracted by the design of the casino. It is really funny and well done, different from other casinos. I’m basically a Blackjack player but I even played slots sometimes on Casumo Casino because they were really nice and fun.

After my first deposit I received a free spins here and there and although I made no winnings I continued to deposit at Casumo online casino. Once I had problems with a bonus but the issue was resolved fast and successfully by the very friendly chat live support. Unfortunately I was never lucky at Casumo and I decided to stop depositing. I really liked their comp point system which is very unusual. Instead of comp points the status of the player is growing from game to game and he is rewarded with free spins and other. I find all this very original and funny. I get rarely promotional emails (a good thing!), sometimes these emails contain also a few free spins on a slot, which is always very welcome.

I have read recently a bad complaint from a player about Casumo on AskGamblers.com and actually this complaint would make me feel concerned. Well, also due of the quite poor bonus offers I probably won’t deposit on Casumo Online Casino anymore. Nut – I repeat – it is a fun place and worth to be experienced. My overall mark for the Casumo online casino: 7/10 with a plus for the mobile version.

Well what can I say about Casumo I joined this site earlier on this year but only made my first deposit just this week. All I can really say to put it into words is I am flabbergasted at how generous this casino is! I have never come across a casino like Casumo it is truly one of a kind!

So what you may ask is what so generous and special about this casino? Well I will tell you at Casumo there is an incredible loyalty level up scheme! Ok so I know what you are thinking seen it, done it heard it! No in this case I can say without any shadow of a doubt it is completely different from any other loyalty program! When you go up the levels at Casumo you get free spins and when I say you get free spins it isn’t just one set after wagering thousands of pounds its numerous sets and they increase in amounts the higher the level you reach! I earned free spins on Starburst (26 spins yes 26 free spins). This was comprised of 3 sets but that wasn’t all I earned I got free spins on Subtopia, Mythic Maiden, Gonzos Quest and Reel Rush. I have so far reached level 18. The highest level being level 20! Casumo also give you a great moral boost when you hit a big win you are praised there and they tell you good job! Great win! You are also welcomed to the casino personally upon every login! Another great aspect is you collect trophies and belts these are called your achievements you can achieve just by how many times you spin or by reaching the free spins round etc you can earn trophies for just about anything you complete on a slot!

Casumo feature regular promotions on top of this amazing loyalty scheme! You are spoiled here! When you join you get 5 free spins on Jackhammer and 50% bonus on top of your deposit. The site is really easy to navigate your favorite slots which means you can get to the action very quickly!

All in all I am very impressed with this casino I just can’t fault it! Here are my Pros and Cons of Casumo:

Pros:

- The greatest loyalty scheme ever and it gets better the higher you get its never-ending!
- Wide range of deposit methods including Debit/Credit Card and Neteller.
- Helpful and speedy Live Help team.
- They warn you in a window when you have won or lost significantly every hour.
- Regular promotions separate from the loyalty scheme.
- Earn achievements to increase your valuables (Valuables are free spins, free money, deposit bonuses and so on).
- The slots are smooth running with no lagging whatsoever!
- Wide range of Net-ent slots (think they have the entire library!), Video Poker and Baccarat etc

Cons:

Only really have won con which lost me quite a bit and that’s the fact you can reverse withdrawal but with willpower this is can be overcame it isn’t really a fault of the actual casino.

I give Casumo 10/10 as I just cannot fault it! Casino Perfection!

Casumo casino starts not so long ago, I am not sure how long, but few months I think, probably year. Anyway, this is pretty unique site with lots of achievements, funny things; also they regularly send me freespins for some slots. Also for achievements like 'play 100 rounds on Dead or Alive', 'have 10 wins' you can level up, and get freespins or freecash for this. Very nice and unique system, which I like.

Support always helpful and every time I need to ask something, they were online and professional, no any complaints. Pity thing that they have not so many bonuses, I mean reload bonuses, but their achievements system probably compensates this. I start from 30$ from my Visa card deposit, and get only 50% welcome bonus. Not very big and even poor I think, but this is because of my country, as far as I know other countries can get much more better welcome offer. With 60$ balance I go to thief slot, this slot was powered by Netent not so long ago, few months, ah, I forget Casumo casino powered Netent software, and have wide selection of games from this software provider. On thief I have not so much luck, so I decide leave this slot and go to Leprechon luck slot, it is nice slot with stacked wilds on middle reels and nice freespins bonus round. But I never get any nice win on this slot, and this time I also have no luck and busted. But I like Casumo casino, and sometimes made deposits there, I can say that this is nice casino, they verify my account in 3 hours, and money to my card comes after 3 working days.

That’s all thank you for reading my review about casino, now I will give them some marks:
Support: A+
Bonuses: B (but amazing achievements system)
Withdrawals: A
Games selection: B
