The games are good and initially made some fair winnings. All in all thought I had come accross a very good casino even in spite of a 48 hour pending time.
As happy as I was to discover this new casino I became very disappointed when it began to show all the signs of stalling with the payouts. Initially your winnings go into Pending so you prepare for the 48 hours. Then halfway through you are asked to download the documents needed. Then another 48 hours is added. Waited that time, still nothing. Asked to service agent on chat and was told that they were working day and night, even the weekend, to catch up on processing all the pending withdrawals. This has all the hallmarks of a casino that stalls on the payouts. Decided to cancel my pending winnings as I no longer have faith in ever receiving my winnings.
Is this really a 'fair play' casino as the claim to be?
