Utter shambles of a casino. AVOID. I signed up as a new customer, deposited £50, and then was kicked out of my account and couldn’t log back in- it just kept saying ’login details not recognised’ even when requesting a username/password reset. Spoke to them on live chat and they were totally disinterested in helping me, and I was told ‘it had been passed to the technical team’ and were quite rude and arrogant.

They’ve basically stolen £50 from me. I have closed my account via live chat and was told my balance would be returned but it hasn’t been yet.

Trust me, go and spend your money with another casino site, one that won’t steal your money from you.

Decided to check this place out at the weekend as I’ve had a decent amount of luck at other casinos in this Aspire Global group recently. I like the fact that the bonus terms here are reasonably favorable in particular as well.

First thing that really struck me about Casiplay was the high quality of the site and its design in general. The layout looks really good, especially on desktop, and the icons for the various games seem much more polished than at most other sites – some designer has obviously spent a great deal of time cutting these out and fitting them all in with the site and the end result looks really great.

The selection of slots here is surely running into four figure territory – the number of different providers is just vast, although I have noticed that the full library from each of these different brands isn’t always offered. As ever, if you play more than slots as I do then the selection isn’t quite so great, unfortunately. There is only a couple of blackjack games, none of which I particularly like. The roulette selection is a little better and there is a couple of extra card and casino games, but it’s basically just a token addition. Video Poker has just a single game available too, so this is largely just a slots site in truth.

Nevertheless, I like the fact you can still get the welcome bonus if you deposit with Skrill, the bonus terms themselves are very short and easy to read and understand, and the wagering requirements are lower than average as well.

It’s really disappointing that there is such a long pending period after requesting a withdrawal here. I actually didn’t notice this at a couple of the other Aspire casinos because I only made a single withdrawal and put the long delay down to KYC and having my documents checked, but I got that sorted straight away whilst signing up at Casiplay and ended up logging back in to see if my withdrawal had been processed and saw it sat there still in pending mode two days after requesting it… when many casinos can now have the money in your bank in less than half an hour I just don’t find this acceptable at all.

Also, whilst the bonus terms are definitely good, in general I noticed that many games have their contribution percentages set at 50%. This effectively doubles the wagering if you choose to play many of the popular slots and providers making it not a very good deal at all. Still a decent casino, but could be better in some aspects!

Well the games selection seems ok on this site and the sign up bonus you get also seemed ok but if you don't deposit within 24hours you lose it. Very odd

Because I didn't deposit within 24 hours of signing up I lost my deposit bonus!! Which is crazy because I wasn't allowed to deposit until they had verified my account and that took more than 24 hours.. I didn't notice it at first but they also charge you for depositing which is absolutely unbelievable..as soon as I got into a little profit I quickly withdrew and won't be using again...oh and it's been 7 days since I withdrew and still nothing in my bank. I was only able to play two games on the whole site, I tried to open and play 12, I got fed up then and decided to just withdraw and then will close my account. Tried to use online form to ask why but it kept coming up with an error message.

Like all Aspire Global Casinos there is a good selection of slots that all run smoothley.
But thats about it.

Here it comes. I made a few deposits.
I managed to get some nice hits and requested withdrawals. They are adding up to 3.5K€. I really don't like their 48h pending time. I am allergic to casinos that let customers wait for their winnings. But its getting even worse. I submitted my docs on a Sunday and until today (Friday) the casino has not completed the verification process yet. In fact they called me on Monday and asked for personal details in order to complete the KYC. All bogus! I contacted the support every day and they are either not handling their casino business well or they use stalling techniques. The outcome is the same....unprofessional behaviour not paying their customers in time.
So if you don't mind waiting for ages to get your winnings then go for it. Otherwise look for a casino with instant cashouts. Meanwhile I am still waiting for my money.

48hour pending is just too long tbh.. But they took 7days in my case, until the withdrawal was approved. Way too slow they should 100% work on this!
