Deposit not on my account

On the 5th of november I made a deposit by Visa to casino765. The ammount did not apear on my account. In the chat I was told it was a technical issue and they would fix it immeadetly. Hours later still nothing. In the chat they said i had to have patience. Next day still nothing. I had to send a screenshot of my deposit so I did. No reply... In the chat they only tell you to be patience. Now 5 days later and still nothing happened. They dont reply on multiple emails and dont answer me in the chat.

Delayed payment and unresponsive support

I made a withdrawal on October 3rd. There is a maximum 10 day withdrawal time frame for bank transfer. My account had already been verified. I sent 5 emails to [email protected] and spent time in the chat almost every other day without a response and simply being told to be patient and support will contact me. It's clear that noone is going to do that after 5 emails going unanswered. They have the information they need yet funds are still in my casino account.

I made a withdrawal request on the 19th september that was accepted and its now 9th october and is still pending processing, ive emailed customer support 6 times and had no reply and live chat just tell me something different everytime i ask so im getting nowere fast and need some help. Unable to play, unable to get my money back

Hello. Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before I signed up. Despite not having a license for uk they allowed me to sign up and take my money. When speaking to live chat they stated my difficulties playing was due to playing on iOS device and advised to be patient and play on another device. I then tried to get a withdrawal but as I’d only had 30 euros in the account I wasn’t able to withdraw less than 50.

I then tried discussing this with live chat again they told me to play on another device. I contacted support again wanting the withdrawal which I was advised would happen. Again it didn’t happen unfortunately as this was so long ago I do not have the email. Before I knew there was issues with this website I deposited another £40 to be able to withdraw more than £50. I again tried to withdraw this was emailed for my bank details and I have had no confirmation or anything and my balance is still showing as 70 euros.

I have tried emailing but no reply and tried speaking with live chat who every time tell me to be patient. One person told me I cannot have my balance as I’ve used my bonus balance So can’t have the withdrawal. As you can see from my game history I’ve never once played on this website as literally cannot because I’m from the uk but also can’t play on my device. I hope there is enough evidence. This website is a scam.

Stalling my withdrawal of €2,500 without valid reason

Hi,

I came across this casino via askgamblers. I signed up on Friday 11th of September. I received a registration confirmation via Email that included a 200% bonus offer with a corresponding bonus code (see attachment). A little confusing was the fact, that the headline of the bonus offer read 100%. In the following paragraphs 200% were offered (see attachment). After I made a 100 Euro deposit via credit card using the respective bonus code, I received a 100 Euro bonus. I was fine with only 100% instead of 200% and started playing slots only. I completed the wager with 2502 Euros left on my account and submitted my documents the very same day. Verification confirmation was received two days later (Sunday 13th September, see attachment). I instantly requested a withdrawal of 2500 Euro (see attachment). However, the casino is not processing my cashout. I contacted the live support on several occasions. The important chat is from Tuesday 15th September (see attachment). They do not have any authority to check withdrawal specific issues. As told by them I contacted the support via Email on Tuesday 15th September (attachment). I do not get any reply. All the experience I made with this casino so far raised some red flags and I am starting to worry that I will see any of my winnings.

I would like the casino to get in touch with me and explain how and when they plan on paying me.

Did not play on the casino so can't say anything positive about it. Their reaction in the chat is fast in chat but don't help you, they only say you have to be patient.

Made a deposit through visa. I was written of my card but not credited on my account. In chat they told me it was a technical issue and would be fixed immediately. I waited but nothing happened. Went back to chat and they asked if I had a minute. Waited for 40 minutes and still they said they need a minute. Next day still nothing on my account. Send mail, no answer. Went later again to the chat, had to send screenshot of my payment so I did. Hours later and still radio silence from them. Again to chat and all they say I have to have patience... If a casino does not fix such a problem immediately its a scam. Asked visa to return my money and blacklisted this casino.

Do not play here. The only good thing about this casino would be, if it got blacklisted. They fail to process your withdrawal and do not pay you in time and most likely not at all. Please check the sister casino that is already blacklisted here on askgamblers.com.

Live support does not deserve the term support. They are unable to help in any way. Their whole purpose is to delay further. Email support is unresponsive. The license of this casino is not worth the paper its printed on.
