Unable to play, unable to get my money back

Hello. Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before I signed up. Despite not having a license for uk they allowed me to sign up and take my money. When speaking to live chat they stated my difficulties playing was due to playing on iOS device and advised to be patient and play on another device. I then tried to get a withdrawal but as I’d only had 30 euros in the account I wasn’t able to withdraw less than 50.

I then tried discussing this with live chat again they told me to play on another device. I contacted support again wanting the withdrawal which I was advised would happen. Again it didn’t happen unfortunately as this was so long ago I do not have the email. Before I knew there was issues with this website I deposited another £40 to be able to withdraw more than £50. I again tried to withdraw this was emailed for my bank details and I have had no confirmation or anything and my balance is still showing as 70 euros.

I have tried emailing but no reply and tried speaking with live chat who every time tell me to be patient. One person told me I cannot have my balance as I’ve used my bonus balance So can’t have the withdrawal. As you can see from my game history I’ve never once played on this website as literally cannot because I’m from the uk but also can’t play on my device. I hope there is enough evidence. This website is a scam.
